Francesca was an amazing host. The apartment is conveniently located in Orvieto and is well appointed and very comfortable. we loved everything about the unit and appreciate Francesca’s amazing hospitality.

Francesca was the most gracious host. She went above and beyond to accommodate us. The apartment was fabulous. It was even nicer in person than pictured. It was extremely convenient to the the city center, but on a lovely private side street. Francesca gave us great local recommendations for dining and also accompanied us to her private parking spot. Her English is good and we also communicated via WhatsApp for ease of communication on our way and during our stay. She really made the whole experience even more wonderful for us. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone and I very much look forward to staying here again!

Great location in the old quarter close to everything. We got a great recommendation to go to a restaurant two blocks away from the host and our meal was excellent. Clean room. Francesca was wonderful and very helpful and even helped us park our car.

Not a complaint but worth mentioning - it was a little difficult to find with a car upon arrival to Orvieto with the small streets and the parking was not as easy as I was hoping. We were also charged for the parking separately as a heads up.

Beautiful, spacious, quiet, VERY clean. We had the whole house to ourselves and could have even prepared meals in the kitchen if we had stayed longer, but we were only there for one night and didn't have the opportunity. Very close to the middle of town. Wonderful walking experience. The host was very accommodating and pleasant. A bonus was having parking for our car.

The only problem for us (we're over 65) were the circular staircase to get to our bedroom. The bathroom was on the ground floor which we thought was going to be a problem getting up during the night to climb downstairs. However, going up and down slowly and using the railing for support proved to be much less daunting than anticipated.

Location was very good close by several better restaurants and small store. Host was very accommodating and helped with their parking. Close by public parking and lift into town as alternate parking. Just a block or so off Main Street which was accessible from several directions. Quiet location on small dead end street. Apartment was very clean, cute and has very comfortable space. Driving on small twisty streets was doable with navigation. Overall very good choice.

We liked the location, Francesca's familial connection to the town, and the whole Michelangeli Family theme of their wood artwork being on public display everywhere you walk. It instantly makes you feel like you belong. Our host was more than gracious, making us feel welcome at all times in a very unique village. The question about parking didn't apply to us, but there is parking available.

Great location, central but quiet. Comfortable bed and good quality pillows. Well equipped small kitchen. Friendly local owner.

Nothing! But as other reviewers have said, this is not a B&B as in the UK. Breakfast is not included but there is a kitchen and plenty of bars for a traditional "colazione".

Due to Covid rules, breakfast was not available. But due our stay being 4 nights, she upgraded us to the apt and there we were able to prepare our own breakfast. The apt was immaculate and comfortable, as was the bed. Francesca, the owner, was wonderful…very attentive to our needs and very kind. A delightful person!

Location is fantastic. Orvieto is a beautiful old town and you certainly get a piece of that charm staying here. The host and unit where a highlight of our trip to Italy. I would recommend this place to anyone.
