This is a wonderful B&B with a stunning view, great facilities, spacious rooms, a super welcoming staff, and very close to the gates of Orvieto. We loved everything about our stay. The room was big, clean, quiet, the bed was comfortable, the balcony led to a great view (great sunsets are guaranteed). You can tell this is a place ran with love and care, and we would love to be back. We recommend it to anyone who wants a peaceful stay in this town, ran by enthusiastic and informative hosts.

It's a short walk from the gates of Orvieto, but keep in mind it gets quite steep.

A very charming and authentic Italian B&B situated a fairly short distance from the Old Town. The walk up is pretty intense and we are fit however, it's worth it. We spent 2 nights and really loved it. The only confusion we had was around breakfast. We were offered cake only yet we saw others with ham / cheese and the more traditional food and wondered why this wasn't available or offered to us. The cake was good though! :). Rosanna was lovely and she checked us in and helped us wit some questions and recommendations.

I asked for an extra quiet room and they delivered! Top floor with a great view of the surrounding countryside, I was treated to a wonderful thunderstorm the night I stayed. Just delightful. Walk into town was better than I expected. It looks daunting when you step outside and see the town way above you, but the walk there isn't too steep nor too long and there are some great things to see in town.

Refrigerator in my room did not work properly.

We booked for our family of four and were thrilled with the accommodations! The rooms were charming and comfortable, and very clean. Absolutely outstanding customer service! Rosanna was very helpful and enthusiastic. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We were sad to leave and plan to return in the future.

The place is charming, nice rooms and a very nice breakfast. Rosanna, the host, is so warm and welcoming. She speaks some English and always greets you with a smile. Orvieto is a beautiful town, so many great restaurants and interesting history. We loved it. Recommended!

The walk up and into the old city is short, but uphill and you have to beware of cars around 2 blind curves. We like walking and didn’t mind if, especially that it’s downhill after you eat, but some who have difficulty might need a closer place to old city.

Chiara e Benedetta is such a hidden gem. The view is just divine - a quintessential Italian view and the room homely. Ros and her staff all extremely friendly and go out of their way to help, making restaurant recommendations and even taking me to the train station when I left. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious and includes home made baked treats. It was a spur of the moment decision to say here and away from the big cities of Italy for a couple nights and I am so glad I did. I loved exploring Orvieto and will definitely be back.

Almost nothing. The only think I would have liked is easy access to hot water for tea in the afternoon. Perhaps this was available, but I didn't know where.

The property is beautifully and conveniently situated a few hundred meters downhill from a key entry point to Orvieto centro! The rooms are spacious, bright and comfortable. Rosanna is very helpful in answering questions and helping in all aspects of your stay! Breakfasts are wonderful and parking is on site!

The location was perfect for easily exploring Orvieto. It was very quiet, had stunning views, and our room had a little balcony terrace. The best part of our stay was the host who made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. She was very attentive and thoughtful and provided an excellent breakfast each morning. We would absolutely stay here again.

Close to historic centre but outside the wall. Free parking. Rosanna was very welcoming and helpful with restaurant recommendations and tourist attractions

The very warm welcome of the owner and staff, very care and attentive for the comfort of the guest. Position is very strategic to visit the city center of Orvietto, and free private parking is the advantage too. Satisfying breakfast with very good services and quality. Bed & Breakfast also has a beautiful panorama of the valley surrounding. Very reccomendable!!
