Great little spot within walking distance to everything. Clean with AC. Small refrigerator and complimentary still and sparkling water already stocked. I stayed in a room in the upstairs apartment and no one had booked the other room so I had it all to myself. It would have been perfect for two couples or a family! Just a note: there is a market on Saturday’s in the piazza close by so don’t park there after 0600 am. It can be difficult to find parking, so on the hosts suggestion I unloaded my luggage at check in and then parked in the paid via Roma lot (12 Euros per 24 hrs) and walked 7-10 mins up the hill.

When we travel we like to stay a nice places. This hotel met those expectations. It was fantastic. It was clean, spacious, well furnished, and had a wonderful king size bed. After a long day of walking around Orvieto it was so great to come "home" to our 'home away from home'. The staff was wonderful, friendly and accommodating. The location was awesome. We love to walk and our spot allowed us to wander around without having to go a million miles to get to town. It was convenient to go see the sights, or to walk to dinner, or to just go for a walk. This was really a choice place to stay.

My wife and I have no complaints about these accommodations. We would come back for sure.

We were greeted by text from the host upon arrival at the airport. Then given directions by public transport to the apartment. The host’s mother then took over with precise instructions along the way. It was so comforting and really appreciated. Upon arrival she let us into the apartment and showed us around. We then settled in for 4 glorious days. It was a fabulous location, walking distance to the Vatican and lots of local buzzy restaurants and bars. Also close proximity to buses and train stations. We had an amazing four days there and could not fault the unit or the assistance. 10 out of 10. Thank you

There were no drawbacks other than only one set of keys amongst 5 people. However, we managed.

This was a great discovery finding this hotel in the heart of Orvieto at a reasonable price. The location was perfect and an easy walk to all the major sites in Orvieto. The rooms were spacious with modern conveniences, especially the bathrooms. The room with the balcony and kitchen area was perfect for our needs. I found the cleaning staff excellent as they freshened up our rooms daily and Luis was an excellent host, who arranged secure parking nearby for our car. A perfect place to stay when visiting this amazing Umbrian city.

We would have like to have had a breakfast option, but it was not a problem as long as you have a room with a kitchen.

No breakfast at this location, they had a rule about using the kitchen in the upstairs if you didn't rent out the entire thing which seemed a bit restrictive but not really a problem. I'm about 6ft 2 inches and our room had a sloping roof so I had to keep and eye out and make sure I didn't bang my head.

No real complaints here, I think the booking said it included parking but we had to park pretty far and pay for that so I just wish that had been a bit more clear as we had the same situation elsewhere but it seemed better represented.

We loved the little extra touches! The communication was excellent, even giving instructions the easiest way to arrive. The room was very clean and had a small cute balcony with flowers. We were very impressed with our stay and how gorgeous Oriveto is! Definitely would highly recommend.

There was only one thing , we could sometimes hear the noise from above room when walking or moving chairs etc.

The location was AMAZING! We walked from the train station to the hotel and it’s just a few steps from the hotel to the piazza, the Duomo, etc. The breakfast was delightful and our room with the garden view was bright, adorable and comfortable. The staff were sooooo kind and helpful.

The first room we stayed in was a very large room, which was wonderful, but it was on the dark side for us so they moved us to a brighter room. If you don’t mind a little bit more of a dark ambience, then that huge room may be for you.

Excellent, central location. Room updated and a very comfortable bed. Extremely quiet despite being very close to the Pza. Duomo and Pza. Pubblico. Genial host. There is a clothes washer in the bathroom.

Anyone in a mansard room should know they are in danger of hitting their head (however, the edges of the mansard are padded). Still, you need to be careful if you are taller than 5'10". Also, there was no writing surface in the room--not a desk or table. This might not matter to a regular tourist, but I am a scholar and needed a work surface.

This was a lovely town to visit and stay for a holiday. The accommodation was fantastic, very clean and tidy, we would recommend to anyone considering a stay Orvieto. It was very central and made it very easy to explore the Orvieto township.

It was comfortable, clean, good shower pressure and water temperature. Luis was exceptional and spoke good English which really helped us. He went out of his way to assist us with check in and also booking a ride in the early hours of the morning to the train station. The apartment was close to good restaurants and just a lovely and safe area to stay.
