Owner was very helpful and welcoming. This apartment had plenty of room. 2 bedrooms, living/ kitchen area, 1 bathroom with shower. Convenient to shops and restaurants. Very historic and interesting. Owner lives upstairs, so was easily available.

Hairdryer broke, but owner was available by text and brought replacement within hours.

The apartment is spacious and very quiet, in spite of being right in the centre of Orvieto. There's also a nice terrace. The manager was very responsive and called us beforehand to give us directions with the car.

They offer a baby cot for 5€ per night (my personal opinion as a parent: I dislike when they don't provide it for free, and it's not for the price, but for the feeling of being a less welcomed guest). It's on the first floor with no stairs. Safety issue: there are a few steps in the apartment. If you have a toddler, you constantly have to keep an eye on that.

We loved the apartment and was in a great spot too. It was spacious, clean and had the basic amenities for a short stay. Plus there was a lovely communal terrace where you could sit in the sun, read a book or just watch the world go by.

There was nothing we didn't like.

A very nice apartment located very central, right near a nice restaurant we had a delightful dinner in. Our daughter loved the baby bed with the nice bedding. We wish we could have stayed longer. The host was very nice and friendly too. We will book this place again for our next Orvieto trip .

Wifi reception could be better, it was only working near the entrance door on my phone.

Clean, comfortable and affordable in the heart of Orvieto:).

There is parking however it cost approx 12-15 euros per day. We wish the owner would have told us in advance that you don’t pay for parking between 8 pm-8 am prior to is buying a parking pass.

This was one of the best places I've stayed. It's a great apartment in a great location. It's spacious and easy to get to if you are driving in. The host is wonderful, incredibly nice and helpful. He went above and beyond to help us out. I will forever be grateful for Giuseppe.

Position in town was excellent and the apartment had plenty of room to move around in. The apartment and utensils ect where all clean and tidy. Very happy with our stay there. Having a kitchen was an added bonus for us.

Booking for two friends using 2 people/2 rooms option we usually get the property assuming we are a coupe. That is a failure of the booking system however, not the property.

Location was good and host always willing to assist.

Pillows could have been better. And fridge was noisy but we closed bedroom door.

Could use some towel hooks in the bathroom
