Helpful staff; there wasn't an elevator and they helped us get luggage up to our room. Also they had good suggestions for food and carefully clarified arrangements for catching the bus so I didn't have to worry. The AC was really appreciated because it was very hot in Orvieto while we were there.

Lack of an elevator was a surprise; that didn't really bother us but could be an issue for someone with mobility concerns or a lot of luggage.

Our stay at this hotel was most enjoyable as the staff were always friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and our room was really comfortable. All the sights of Orvieto are on the doorstep and access by bus or on foot was very easy .

Everything was great and we couldn’t have asked for more .

The breakfast was great, they offered the usual European style and lattes, cappuccinos etc for coffe. Very good.

The only thing I thought they could improve would be get newer bed covers as theirs looked very old and tired.

Good location - not at the very center, but very close by. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and lovely. The room was spacious and clean and the beds were really comfy. We also liked that the room was well equipped for occasional work at the computer - there was a nice desk and enough space.

The breakfast was a bit basic to our taste, but it seems to be a common thing in this part of Italy. We were unable to find anything much better in surrounding cafes anyway :)

Our booking said we would have an inner courtyard room but we ended up looking out at the road. We didn't make a fuss about it but without earplugs it would have been a little noisier. The hotel itself is in a nice area of Orvieto but it is about a 40 min walk to the train, just to be aware of. There are busses and a tram you can take to speed that up though.

Very central hotel .clean.good breakfast. Goodsize room. Parking very secure and not expensive but not easy to access

We got difficult to follow directions to parking and no offer to leave luggage on our way to the carpark. This would create problems for anyone with mobility issues.

Great location in the easily walkable city. Nice lobby, and nice breakfast area and breakfast. My single room was a little small, but I only slept there. Staff was very helpful and welcoming.

Great location in wonderful town of Orvieto. Staff were so kind from start to finish. As we were leaving the kind property owner even showed us to the car park (10 min walk) so we could get free parking.

Room was a bit warm and the AC would not cool, but opening the window let in a pleasant breeze

There is nothing not to dislike. It is in a perfect location with fantastic restaurants and beautiful walks in a medieval setting.
