The location was good. Nice old palace. Overall quite clean. I guess the staff was nice, in their own way. The windows were good and after closing them they blocked most noise. They let us work on the premise for one hour after checking out from the room.

The staff member was a bit grumpy and admittedly not too happy about doing his job. But in the end, he delivered well on everything. The bed was not comfortable. It got hot without the AC even though the temperature at night went down (I guess it was because the walls accumulated heat throughout the day). We left the windows open as the table fan was noisy and not doing much. But even though it was a back street, it got noisy at night with people talking (and strong echo effect). Lots of mosquitoes, we got stung by lots of them, quite terrible. The wifi was decent in the room, but non-existent downstairs (which makes it difficult because the data reception is bad on the streets of the old town).

Great staff

Great central location, very close to the main square and shopping streets, bars, shops, cafes, restaurants and Duomo. Set in an old character building. Comfortable room for a single traveller. No air con, but I knew that before booking, so not a complaint. Some people would undoubtedly find it tough in a room with a small fan, so consideration needed before booking. Great value for money in high season especially.

We liked the location, and Pamela at the desk was extremely helpful and attentive. She gave us great recommendations and helped a great deal with parking.

I suggest you park in the campo della fiera covered parking area then take the ascensore parcheggiore orvieto up into town. It was great! It's basically an escalator from the parking garage into the town center. Forget driving in Orvieto. It's crazy and you will get a ticket. The Hotel Posta was great! No negative there.

Very nice hotel in the centre of Orvieto. The room was super clean and the building is probably many centuries old and very nicely maintained/restored. The coffee for breakfast was great!

Just a minor comment: The breakfast had many sweet things, sweet croissants, cakes, etc. Northern Europeans like more bread and cheese/ham, cucumber, tomatoes. etc for breakfast.

Excellent location, close to all major Orvieto attractions! The staff were absolutely wonderful, and offered great suggestions on where to eat in the area. The continental breakfast was also very good with a wide assortment of cereals, fruits, and pastries. An affordable stay, I would definitely book here again!

The town of. Orvieto Is truly truly amazing, and this elegant and laid back. Hotel could be so much more expensive. But they're very reasonable considering. I love this place. I love this hotel and I strongly recommend come for several days You will not regret it!!!

An excellent, no frills, clean, simple, friendly hotel No aircon or fridge, but access to hotel fridge, great friendly and helpful staff. Pleasant place to stay in town centre.

Close to centre. Lift a blessing. Very hot, no aircon. Only a small fan Appreciated the subtle fly wire. Staff and hotel very pleasant. We have stayed there before.

No aircon, very hot. Seemed to be two bookings for us. So manager could not on sell the second room.

Professional staff ! Excellent location within walking distance to all places of interest. Super clean hotel, room and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent varied amount of pastries , juices and awesome capuccinos! They arranged for a taxi on check out date which we paid for. Will definitely stay here again .
