Amazing location. One drives 5-10 mins off the highway, and at the end of dirt road--there it is. A picturesque private villa with amazing grounds. The gorgeous hilltop city of Todi lies across the hills maybe 3 miles away. After a day of sightseeing we'd retire to an outdoor table, sip some local wine, and hope to see one of the Italian foxes that saunter by. The staff was down-to-earth and incredibly sweet. We loved our 5-night stay. Oh, and don't forget Deruta, the centuries-long leader in Italian ceramics artisanship, is 10 mins away.

The pool had the most beautiful view and our family suite was perfect for our children. The breakfast was delicious, especially the pancakes. We loved the little extra's left in the room, biscuits, drinks and olive oil, made it even more exciting for our children.

Although our children were made to feel very welcome from the staff. It very much feels like a romantic, couples get away as it is very quiet and peaceful!

Beautiful place, just felt like your own private special home. The grounds were so special with a beautiful swimming pool, during our stay I was the only person using it. The food was delicious and nothing was to much for the very friendly staff. Mozart was great entertainment and we loved chatting to him each day. This place is a little slice of luxury and tranquillity. Thank you.

Very beautiful old house with antique furniture. Very quiet and comfortable. Large garden to wander through. Lovely pool with views of the valley.

Too far from other restaurants. We got fed up with the tasting menu every night and would have liked some simple Italian meals as an alternative.

The view was outstanding, the pool area very relaxing , amneneties exceptional

Only having limited plugs in room to re charge phon s etc but did not hamper the beauty of this place

Bed was a little firm. And we prefer a sheet under the duvet, especially when it’s hot. Appreciated the fan

The location was stunning. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly making us feel very much at home. A great location for travelling around . Lovely food.

Perfect location from Rome if you need to recover from overnight flight. gorgeous setting. Many wonderful rooms to discover and enjoy. beautiful pool and property. Talking parrot adds charm to the location!

This was our second stay here. first time in 2016, when they still had their chef. While they offer delicious food, it’s not the same as before, when it was outstanding. But don’t be discouraged! So many wonderful places to discover in neighboring villages and cities.

Excellent hotel. What wonderful grounds and pool. The food was outstanding. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Certainly we would stay here again and strongly recommend it to our family and friends.
