We took a deluxe double room. Nice and spacious.  Comfortable bed, pillow okay. Nice balcony, stunning view. Bathroom nice size.  Plenty of parking, with 2 underground both with lifts to reception & rooms. lunch was very nice. People friendly & helpful. Breakfast okay. Cappuccinos to order, excellent, great croissants.  Scrambled eggs cooked to order.

Air-conditioning noisy. No kettle as advertised. Extractor noisy, comes on automatically with the light. The shower is just about functional. 

We arrived for a short stay from late evening until morning and received excellent treatment. The room was spacious with everything you need and a stunning view. The breakfast facing this view was varied and pleasantly surprising.

The mattress of the bed needs to be replaced with a new one

It is only a short distance to the old town of Todi. Staff are very courteous and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view from the balcony. Parking was very easy to access.

No tea or coffee available in room, but this is case in a lot of European hotels.

Cheerful rooms with tasteful, good quality decor. Good A/C, high quality sheets and towels, lots of hot water. Bright breakfast room for a delicious breakfast. Thank you, staff!

Great location, easy access by foot to the center of town, restaurants, and amenities. The rooms are spacious and cozy, good breakfast and, most importantly, the staff is amazing!

A great hotel, 10 minutes walk from Todi.

Location, just of the main road, easy to find with good parking,15 minute walk to the village
