The house, the room, the surroundings. Very beautiful and well-kept place. We enjoyed our stay a lot. It is a 15 min driving from Spoleto. The summing pool is a bit small but very nice, with a wonderful view to the hills. Danielle and his father were very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend this Agriturismo.

The Wi-Fi is weak.

Daniele and the other members of the staff were adorable !! Tom (the kitty) too !! Always ready to help and doing their best to make your stay wonderful. The house is cosy, charming and even where there are other guests, it stays quite and relaxing.

Except I wish had longer vacations, nothing...

The house is very special - made from stone, originally from the 19th century, living there was one of a kind experience. Owners are the sweetest people, very communicative, caring and helpful. The location is also great - sourrounded by fields and green hills.

First of all this property is run by the family and Elsa the Wife was excellent together with her son Daniele. They were very helpful with suggestions in the area especially with restaurants which we found to be very good.

Fortunately there was nothing that we did not like.

Breakfast was very good, with good choices for protein and pleasure. The owner was very helpful and friendly. The apartment (with full kitchen) was clean, quiet and spacious. The swimming pool was a plus, as was the view across the nearby farms to the hills beyond.

The location was problematic, as the GPS in our car sent us to the (slightly) wrong location. That ran us down a small driveway that was difficult to back out of. We had to ask a neighbor which house was the right one.
