The place is so cute, beautifully decorated and in a really great location in the town. The breakfast was included in the price and there was e great selection of things to choose from on the buffet. The room was very clean and so was the private spa. Free water in the room was a really nice touch.

The shower looked a big grubby, even though I think it was clean, it maybe was just a bit old. A lady in the corridor was speaking loudly and I could hear it from inside the room (for the rest, it was very quiet)

Beautiful boutique hotel. The rooms were very stylishly furnished, with excellent finishes and lovely details. Super fast wifi, delicious breakfast and the most friendly and helpful staff. After two weeks of travelling, my husband treated himself to a massage at the spa, which was well worth it. The location is in the heart of the Historic Centre, with everything within easy walking distance. This is a hidden gem and we can’t wait to stay here again.

The hotel is very central, close to cafes, restaurants and local attractions. The room was very clean, comfortable in every aspect and nicely decorated. Breakfast was included and it was delicious with homemade cakes, fluffy pastries, nice yogurt, fruit, cheese, eggs and more. Staff are very kind and helpful. They provided us with a map of Spoleto and showed us the best way to visit the town by foot. Highly recommend.

Room was very nicely designed and decorated, good size for 2 people, enough space for luggage. Comfy bed and great bathroom. Great service at reception and an amazing breakfast for only 8 euro, with pastries, bread, yoghurt and different cereals and muesli, local cold cuts, juices, eggs and coffee/tea. Next door private spa - at a cost - is well worth it with jacuzzi, sauna and seperate relax area. Recommended!

Nothing really, but maybe only that we couldn't make tea in the room, only coffee, but that's because we are used to that in Australia. Italy is not a coffee place and that's fine of course...

There's basically nothing to complain about here. Rooms were comfortable with great air conditioning and refrigerator, as well as courtyard views. Staff is friendly, helpful, and easygoing and the breakfast is quite good by the standards of Italian three star hotels. Excellent location in the historic centre of Spoleto. Although the spa service is a little high priced, it's totally worth it to be able to enjoy a hot tub and Finnish sauna in complete privacy and as they are meant to be enjoyed, in the German manner (without clothes).

This was a great hotel and a lovely place to be. It was located right next to The Roman Theatre and an easy walk into the heart of the historical centre. The room was a good size, the corridor was large enough for a small table and seating area, the main room had room for a desk and a couch and although the bathroom was small it was functional. There was a lounge area off reception and the breakfast room was available for bar service throughout the day. There was a great selection of food for breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The pillows were a bit low for me.

Excellent location, extremely supportive staff. They helped with everything I needed (logistics, longer check out…), very polite, professional. Yummy breakfast, a smell of freshly baked croissants around the hotel was super nice. Super clean room! Thumbs up.

The location is ideal to visit spoleto. The breakfast was pretty good. The room was rather small but nice with good amenities.

The parking space was a bit far but you could unpack the luggage at the hotels entrance and park the car later. The hotel/ room had an overall cramped/ uncomfortable feeling. The night we stayed there was no hot water overnight.

We found the cost to use the spa was high, so we did not use it. If you do, you must book it in advance. The property is a taxi ride away from the train station. The hotel helped us book taxi trips in the region and were very helpful. They could speak English.

We had a room in the upper floor with a balcony. We really enjoyed the view. Booked the spa for two hours with tasting and a glass of wine. Since it had been a fun but very cold day of sightseeing the sauna and hot tub were really a treat.
