The room was beautiful and lush with traditional furnishings. It was remarkably clean and fresh despite the heavy fabric curtains, etc. The reception staff were always kind and cheerful. The terrace was an oasis in the city. We were heartbroken to have to leave.

The range of food available for the breakfast was excellent and very tasty. The hotel building was beautifully quaint and old world. The town of Todi was like something from a fairytale especially the little narrow roads that were a joy to walk. A special mention for the hotel staff who went well beyond the call of duty to make our stay a very enjoyable experience.

The staff, location and the breakfast are superlative. Everything was very clean and tidy. Parking is a short walk from the hotel. We did not need our car since the location in the heart of the city is very convenient for exploring the historic center.

There was airconditioning, but it could have been stronger, it was just adequate.

Loved everything about this charming hotel. The staff is really fun and friendly. The room was large and beautiful. The breakfast was excellent and had both inside and outside terrace. We would definitely stay here any time.

Some might say the parking is challenging, but it is a really just a very short walk from the hotel. Driving to it is an adventure, but I thought it was kind of fun and the hotel staff gave great instructions and GPS coordinates about how to drive there.

In the centre of Todi. Kind staff. Clean. But still the best was: location, location, location.

The air-condition did not work properly and despite our requests no repairs were made. The location is in the old town and therefore very difficult to reach to by car. There is an easy way to park the car and get to the hotel, but the hotel never told this in advance (which would have been very useful). The shower was very small and the shower head was not functioning well (maybe because of the lack of water pressure).

The hotel was clean cool and everything was just right. Bed was comfortable staff were very friendly and helpfull and the breakfast was to die for

Nice little gem centrally located in Todi. Great staff, welcoming. Recommend. Free parking bottom of hill, so expect a hike.

Parking but expected when staying centrally in a very small hilltop town. Plus you get a good hike in so all good.

I felt it was great to experience the real Italy. There was a real sense of a family in this hotel. The welcome and the hospitality was second to none

No mirror in bedroom was a little bit of a draw back

Had a great one night stay at Hotel Fonte Cesia. Staff were great, very helpful, and were good with answering my questions through the Booking app. Very comfortable room, bathroom a little dated but fine. The location is in the heart of the Centro storico very close to Piazza del Popolo and bars and restaurants. Good breakfast which you order in advance.
