Everything and quite a variety of options for breakfast. We stayed here with friends before heading to a wedding nearby and it was great- we all really enjoyed it. Pool and pool area are fab!

Pool closed at 7 and we would have stayed until 8 for sure!

The room was just fine although the shower booth was a little tight and inclined to throw water onto the floor when you first turned it on. The Breakfasts were really good with lovely omelettes and good coffee. The location was simply beautiful and the pool and pool bar were quite splendid. Drinks and the buffet on the terrace were excellent with a lovely breeze and the outside dining area was beautiful. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The buffet lunch on the Sunday was a little disappointing and rather expensive. The food service at the pool was quite slow and it seemed that the kitchen couldn't really cope with the numbers but this was understandable with so much going on. The staff did their best and we really appreciated their efforts.

Breakfast was great - wide choice catered for those who were gluten intolerant, wonderful location to sit and look over the mountains and greenery, location perfect to get to old town within 5 mins, elevator right by the hotel for those with difficulty walking, room very nice with little balcony.

the air-con didnt work very well but it was exceptionally hot. we found the bathroom to be a bit dirty - a razor blade was left on the shelf by the mirror. the dinner was really lovely at the hotel restaurant but rather overpriced.

what’s not to like?! sprawling hotel with exquisite views & a lovely pool. staff were friendly, helpful (grazie francesca!) & honest (out of the 50+ guests in our booking, I haven’t heard a single complaint about nasty surprises when checking out). to top it off, the wine bottle prices were very reasonable.

there is a constant flow of weddings, christenings & parties, which might mean a noisy night (or Sunday afternoon) if your room is above the main hall or overlooking an outdoor entertainment space. for us, it was also (understandably) tough to arrange lunch one day when the caterers were focussed on an event being hosted there

The staff were incredibly accommodating for everything we needed. I was at the hotel with many family members and friends and the staff did everything they could to make us feel incredibly welcomed and comfortable. The rooms were a brilliant size, the breakfast was lovely and the pool and pool bar were immaculate.

There wasn’t really much that we didn’t like. The only thing that could have been better would be a stronger air conditioning unit.

Good. Fresh fruit but concentrate orange juice. A pity in a hotel of this quality.

This hotel is outstanding! Super charming. Great location in Todi. Food was outstanding. Super fresh. The staff were all super nice and I felt like family here. The pool is super clean and fresh. So calm and quiet here. Perfect spot for a getaway.

The breakfast were v good, pool lovely and being able to get the coffee down there was a real plus, as I have limited mobility I did find it a challenge and had to use alot taxis to get up n down to Todi,

Well when we arrived in the afternoon after along trek from Dub, no food available was disappointing, we were starved

Beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Decor was gorgeous, very colourful yet tasteful. Lovely swimming pool.

There was a lot of noise one night in the room next door however when we contacted reception, then disturbance was dealt with straight away.

Staff are excellent, as is the food

Wedding music on both the Friday and Saturday went on until 2am, there was no warning before hand, in addition we paid a premium price for those nights
