The breakfast was great, really enjoyed the soup. Was about a 6min walk to subway & train station so that was a real bonus. Staff were very helpful, had to use our translators but we got there

Nothing really that I didn't like

Room is fairly large compared with other business hotels I've been to. It is also a short walk from keikyu/JR kawasaki stations. Lots of shopping and restaurant options around the area. Good place to take a rest before your next flight as it is around 20 min from the airport via express train.

Limited breakfast option

THE LOCATION was a pleasant surprise. It's in the Kawasaki area and I didn't expect to be captivated by all the shopping centers and nightlife in this part of Tokyo as well. The staff was very nice and I loved how clean my room/bathroom was as well. The breakfast was good. Easy check-in/check-out process and they extended my checkout easily for decent price. I also liked that I did not have to return my key each time I left the premises!

I'm not sure if it's a known issue or what but their dryer also barely dried my clothes after I'd washed them. Not sure what that's about but I'm sure the staff cannot do much about that.

Wow, this place must be Japan's best kept secret! Staff are lovely. The hotel is like a home away from home and they've thought of everything, including having certain electronics (such as for your hair) which you can borrow and return. Two very comfortable pillows per bed and the mattresses were medium hardness which was perfect for us. The amenities on offer are the best we've seen so far in Japan and the rose bath salts were appreciated after a long day of walking. The rocking chair in the room was also extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Nothing of significance.

Excellent location and value for money. The hotel is 6-8 mins walking distance to 2 train stations, JR Kawasaki and Keikyu-Kawasaki, for travel to Tokyo or Yokohama. From Haneda Airport, you can reach the hotel in 30mins using either train or bus. Don Quijote, Ichiran ramen, Komeda's Coffee, and several convenience stores are less than 5 mins away.

No smart TV in room, so I can only watch Youtube on my phone.

Checkin and checkout machine is very convenient. Availability of staff for assistance. There was also a Filipino-speaking staff (Nakagawa-san) that made us more comfortable to ask questions.

A group of visitors used all 4 laundry machines at the same time to wash all their laundry. Maybe limit 1 wash load per room per washing machine at a time so others can do laundry during normal hours.

We stayed at this hotel earlier in our trip and liked it so much we booked it again at the end. The location is very good, a few blocks from JR Kawasaki Station and a short taxi ride to Haneda Airport. Many food options in the area and 20 minutes by train to Tokyo Station. Staff was very helpful with our luggage, sent ahead a couple days.

The laundry was often busy, so it was hard to find the right time to wash clothes.

The location is great, few minutes walk to the train station, which is 20 mins to Tokyo station, <15 mins to Yokohama and <15 mins to Haneda airport. This makes the hotel a strategic location for those who don't want to stay in a tiny and expensive hotel in Tokyo. The room size is quite good for center of Japanese cities standard, and especially for Tokyo, for a relatively affordable price

We booked 4 rooms of the same type (standard twin room), but the room facing main street is better (more spacious) than the one facing the rear street, mainly because of the design.

We loved our stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn! Very friendly staff and everyone’s accommodating to any questions we had! We loved Kawasaki! Great city! Walking distance to a big shopping mall, to other shopping stores! Check out the Kawasaki Daishi temple! And best part walking distance to the train station! Thank you Sotetsu Fresa Inn!!!

Excellent value for money, located a 7 or so minute walk from Keikyu Kawasaki and Kawasaki station. There was a cafe next door which was very convenient. Staff were very friendly, and helped us with our luggage forwarding. Great bang for your buck.

Room was a little small for two people. Pillows sank down too much.
