The location (central but not immediately at a bar for example), view (of one of the harbors), convenience&comfort (again location so close to town, wonderful climate control or optionally outdoor air, enjoyable sitting area), and the space are great. The hosts are friendly and easy in communication. We liked having truly a base from which to attend our event or repose as we chose.

Lovely modern and bright apartment. Plenty of space, furnished very nicely, in the centre of the town by bars and restaurants. Very convenient. We travelled by bike and were able to securely store them behind locked gate.

2 flights of quite steep stairs, may be an issue for some people. The church bells are charming but they chime every 15 minutes throughout the night. The owner kindly provided ear plugs for our use.

We , when in the Netherlands, only live some 60 kilometers away, though decided after a music festival to take it easy and stay overnight. We will return. Great host and hostess. Everything was perfect..

It was situated in such a pretty town that we wished we had stayed for more than one night. The apartment overlooks the marina and is in a vibrant part of the town. The owners were all so friendly and helpful even down to helping carry our luggage upstairs. The view from the apartment was beautiful - so light and airy. There were windows everywhere and one could soak up the different views. No pictures are needed on the walls because each window frames a spectacular view. Breakfast was yummy. Thank you for catering for my wife's gluten and dairy free breakfast. The apartment was decorated to a high standard. The bed was comfortable and you could lie in bed and look at the boats in the marina. The kitchen was well equipped. There was plenty of tea and coffee available. Space was provided to lock up our bicycles. I would have given a score of 10 if there was an available washing machine. Otherwise it was perfect! We would return because it was so relaxing.

There was nothing that we disliked. One thing to mention is that this apartment isn't suitable for anyone with mobility issues because the second set of stairs are fairly steep although the view counteracts this small inconvenience!

The location is absolutely delightful with the bird's eye view of the city and such close walking distance from the train station and harbor. All the staff that we interacted with very more than welcoming and made certain that we had everything that we needed. The space is thoughtfully designed, very comforable, and was perfect for our needs.

We wish we had booked a longer stay.

Ideally located, a few steps from the marina, this apartment is stunning. Finished to a high standard with really efficient use of the space, it feels really homey. As two weary cyclists rolling into town after a 70km day, we were relieved that the property had secure bike storage. There were plenty of eateries only a few steps away which was really handy. Oscar and his family are wonderful hosts and the breakfast was top notch! Book this place before someone else does ;)

Gorgeous little apartment which has anything you could possibly need for a weekend away. Oscar and Ciska are the loveliest people. Carrying our bags to the apartment and bringing us breakfast every day (which was yummy and well presented!). They are kind and chatty and made sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality was very much appreciated and really topped off our visit to Enkhuizen. We’ll definitely be coming back in the future.

Krista and Oscar were amazing. So helpful. We had some weather move-in and they were great at helping me find a couple of warm jackets for the rest of the trip. The apartment is beautifully done. Great breakfast served in the apartment, and the views from all the windows are fantastic

My guests (sister and husband) had only nice things to say about this appartment, and being a travel agent for so many years makes me happy to hear a customer bragging about a place that i booked for them.😁
