The room we originally were assigned was not ideal, however after discussions with the extremely helpful staff, we were able to get a more suitable room. The customer service staff were very friendly and helpful, and did all they could to ensure we had a great experience.

Breakfast could be improved for vegetarians by putting all the meat products in one buffet server, and keep the non-meat products in a separate one. So, eggs and baked beans together, and sausages and bacon together.

I liked the room, nice view, window that can be opened like a small balcony, bathroom had a bath tub, noce and affordable hotel.

Mattesses were too big for bed so we had feelong that we are gonna fall down. Twin bed were moving also so for couple not the best situation. In the morning we were.woke up by markt place in the street. There was no ACU so we need to open the window.

The girl at the reception was very nice and offered me a bigger room that was great and had a little balcony with a great view of the sunset. The location is great, in the city centre and near the train station. The bed was very comfortable and clean. They offer a free bottle of water in the room and also free tea and coffee (there's a little coffee machine in the room).

The cleanliness could be improved, especially in the bathroom.

I like the hotel because it was close to everything shops transport Stuff where good

Extra charge they did was not acceptable because when I pay it was saying total including taxes but they charge as city tax which is not fair Everyone who was there was complaining because they didn’t informed

Location is excellent, a 7 minute walk from the Lelystad centrum train station. Great room upgrade, good size and very clean room.

Noticed that the Bedroom and breakfast room were quite dark. Would be good if Leonardo guests get a discount in the Asian Wok restaurant on the ground floor, the meal is expensive at 38 Euros for a buffet!

Very good location. Very close to the station and stores. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice too.

The only thing is there's no extra lock on the room door. But yeah, it was not a big problem.

The suites were large. Great balcony and can sleep 3 people. Public parking right in front of the hotel were also very affordable.

Admittedly the rooms were a bit old and could need some renovating. Also, the balcony is note useful if its raining, would be great to have a roof for it in the future.

The location is great because it is very close to the city centre and also to the train station - 5 minutes walk. The room was very large and comfy and it was also clean. The bathtoom was also great and very clean. The lounge area is great and it has very good wifi.

The only thing I didn' t like was the fact that most rooms do not have air conditioning and I was unfortunate to arrive there when it was really hot. There was a fan in the room, but it wasn't enough for that hot days.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as complimentary bottled water

The room did not have minibar but it's understandable

At the reception you are greeted by friendly hotel staff, which gives you a charge of good energy for the whole day. Clean and comfortable rooms. It is a 3-minute walk from the railway station, the hotel is in a great location.
