The property is beautiful with an old charm to it, located conveniently near the old town with stunning views! Quick car ride away from Landour & Mall Road The staff is brilliant, experienced. Breakfast was balanced, with great options, live kitchen with table service! My host, Priyanjali & Prachee were incredible & made everything very seamless!

Slight issue with the type of room, I booked twin room whilst they had a king double for me. Took about 30 minutes for the correct room to be available (not any issue) but if you have a specific bed preference - I suggest calling in advance to confirm :)

The hotel location is excellent offering best of both the worlds. its surrounded by lush greenery and dense tree cover and yet it is close to the bustling and happening hill station of Mussoorie. The breakfast was a lavish spread of various cuisines - continental, north Indian and south Indian. The presentation and layout was immaculate and the preparation was lip smacking. Above all the staff was ever ready to help and always had smiling faces. All in all a memorable experience - would definitely come again.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel — everything was comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. A special thanks to Mamta & Laxman for their warm hospitality and exceptional service. Their attention to detail and friendly approach truly made the experience memorable.

However, I feel the rooms could use a bit more maintenance to keep them in top condition.

I went there to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Everything was perfect. The room was already decorated on arrival as requested by me. Also there was a cute little birthday cake. All this was done by the housekeeping team. I also booked the ‘Celebrations’ dinner for my wife. It was the most romantic dinner I could have gifted to my wife. All thanks to Mr. Kuldeep for arranging it. I would also like to thank Miss Mamta for her hospitality service during our dinner.

Great service, great staff and facilities, hotel and rooms very very clean. They have nice play areas for kids as well as adults to spend some quality time.

Location is little far from Mall road. And shuttle facility is not provided for pickup and drop off. So, it becomes difficult to take your car all the way , wait for parking. Time consuming

AC at Games Zone area was not effective, AC effectiveness at the extended portion in restaurant was not up to the mark, there was only one sofa in the room (2014), should have been two.

Loved the location beautifully kept. good spread of buffet meals, tasty meals. Helpful, attentive, cooperative staff. Attended holi function which was super fun. Extra activities were good.

There was no internet in the room ,TV cable was not working. These are basic things which were missing after repeated request it took an hour to fix the issue. Double bed was into two separate beds.

the location was great , well maintained property. lots of activities for kids. comfortable and good food.

while checking out after paying the total amount the staff did not have change and almost refused to arrange any. did he expect me to go out of the hotel and arrange myself? kindly have sufficient change beforehand. Also checking out takes a lot of time which is irritating. more staff during that time will definitely reduce the hassle and time

Beautiful campus. The 360 mountain view was stunning. Very friendly and curteous staff. The breakfast spread was amazing. We deeply appreciate every staff for making our stay very memorable.

Our main incovenience was getting unclear information about prepayment before checking in. The tv set could be updated.

It was fantastic hotel and stay at such a hilly station . Awesome place to stay

Only the Hill view side was far from main location ,they should have basic facilities as well :like-Swimming pool and kids area too
