the hotel is very quiet and clean, the area around swimming pool is very spacious and comfortable, it was also perfect for seating at night. staff are vet friendly and helpful. special thanks to Reception staff, he was very friendly and cooperative during check in and at the next day another gentleman from reception assisted me in a change to the reservation which was done very smoothly and professionally. the general atmosphere of the hotel is cool, relaxing and comfort. the beach is under enhancement but still can be used.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, the hotel has a great location, the beach is very enjoyable The outdoor seating and landscape are great, the swimming pool is very nice and they have excellent services on the beach and pool.

Some disturbance from guests holding gatherings and birthday parties until late in the garden outside the rooms overlooking the pool, and the hotel management did not take any measures to regulate this disturbance.

The place is very nice and comfortable, the house keeping and staff are so polite, I would to thank Mrs. Amany and Mr. Islam from reception, the check in process was very fast and provide all the support to make me happy and extend my stay in this adorable hotel. One more point Don’t hesitate to try this hotel as the location was perfect in port fouad and you have everything you need around you.

Room facilities are very good and modern, They have a nice Swimming pool , Reception staff, Hotel location is good.

I know the bad behavior of guests but, the restaurant clean service shall be more responsive, I took much time to find a clean place to have my breakfast.

Everything was quite nice except for the room n calm I think I will be back to there soon.

My room had no view n it was connected to other room so I was so afraid at night that someone could enter my room. Tho they closed it with keys and gave it to me.. still was bearable cause it was a short stay n I didn’t stay much at the room.

We had a wonderful stay at Helnan Port-fouad, Everything was perfect, The service was outstanding, and I’d especially like to thank Mr. Ahmed Shehab, for the warm welcoming and professionalism & Thanks to restaurant team. Highly recommended!

Perfect location away from crowd , ambiance at night with live show on the pool while we enjoyed our shisha. Huge pool with water sports . we had our room on ground floor with small grass area with direct access to the pool which was very safe to our kids. Staff are very friendly in all hotel areas which make you feel that you are in your second home.
