I had a wonderful stay during my holiday at this hotel. The atmosphere was relaxing, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. A special thank you to the manager Mr Maged el Asuity , who was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress-free and welcoming place to stay

Our holiday experience at this hotel exceeded expectations. The facilities were excellent, the accommodation was clean and well-maintained, and the customer service was exceptional. The manager, in particular, was extremely helpful.

Wonderful hotel with great employees tried so hard to please us all day and any time. First I would like to thank M.Magued the GM for taking care and welcoming us and he made sure that everything was perfect. I like to mention Nancy the front office manager with her lovely smile and her dedication. Ahmed at the swimming pool and zeyad are wonderful to help all guest with their lovely smile and great service. Ashraf the house keeper great service and always on time. Ahmed Hassan, Sarah Mohamed and Youssef from the restaurent provide us with excellent service. Omar Tarek the bakery chef did the best croissant and multi kind of wonderful bread. Samar and Hannah at the reception present also a special service to us. It’s hard to memorize all the wonderful team guided by the General manager. I would like to go again and meet all the wonder people and we will tell everyone to come to enjoy their vacation at Palma Hotel.

Nothing everything was perfect.

We were a family of 14 traveling for sport to Port Said and Palma Hotel exceeded all our expectations. From the staff at the check in counter right through to the cleaning staff , everyone was so friendly and willing to help make us comfortable. Truly an experience we as a family will never forget. A special thanks to the manager Mr Maged who was always on hand to help. Food options was endless and very tasty , rooms are clean and properly airconditioned and well maintained . Excellent facilities. I would recommend the Palma Hotel to anyone traveling to Port Said

Only complaint that we have is that we could not stay longer , had to get back to work unfortunately , other than that we really don't have anything to complain about

Excellent facilities, friendly staff,and spacious rooms. We used the resturant twice for breakfast and dinner. For breakfast, they offer range of cuisine; Egyptian, French and etc ( yummy fresh pastries and variety of cheese and cereal)  For dinner, we have tried the fish platter, mix grill platter, starter (hot and cold) and pasta we all liked our dishes. They have 2 pools (kids and adults ) and both are super clean

From the moment we stepped through the front doors of the hotel we knew we were going to enjoy our stay very much & we had such a positive experience. We were greeted by Maged the hotel manager, who was so lovely and advised us we could contact him for anything. Hibiscus juice on arrival was delicious. All staff were so lovely and friendly, and attended to us so well. Hotel was very quiet and had beautiful surrounds, big swimming pool & right on the beach front. Our rooms were big, well stocked & immaculately clean. They were attended everyday so diligently and bottles of water supplied. It had everything you would need for your stay. We had a welcome plate of a delicious selection of pastries with a welcome card on arrival - such a lovely touch. There is also the Palma bakery right next to the hotel with delicious treats to also buy. There was such a vast selection of breakfast items to choose it was hard to choose. There was the choice of eating dinner at the hotel, which was amazing or at the nearby restaurants. Hotel is close to everything in Port Said and you could walk or take a taxi to all places. We could not fault this hotel at all, it was 10/10 for us😊…we will be returning to stay here for sure!

Staying at the Palma hotel was an absolute delight! The staff exuded warmth and hospitality, making us feel incredibly welcome throughout our entire stay. Not only were they cheerful, but they were also incredibly helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. And let's talk about breakfast – it was a culinary masterpiece! The diverse selection of high-quality ingredients made each morning a delightful culinary adventure. Can't wait to return for another unforgettable experience!

The hotel is amazing and special thanks to Ms.Jailan she was so helpful and a good listener.we requested to check in early as we were a big family of 10 persons the hotel agreed and they welcomed us perfectly with a welcome drink and so easily we finished the process of the check in.The breakfast was mouth-watering all what you need is there and fresh.I will definitely come back again but in winter..never come in summer 🤣

I don’t like that there is only one bathroom in the 2 bed room apartment which is a bit annoying but it is not a big deal.Also the electricity went off once we arrived and we were told because it is summer and unfortunately it went off again from 5:30 am to 8 am which really annoyed us and we couldn’t sleep well.BUT we asked for a late check out and the hotel agreed which was really so kind of them

The location of the hotel is in the middle of the town and just 10 min to reach any place you want to visit. Very clean and comfort... The suites are really big and cozy beds The pools are good but wasn't heated The beach is in front of the hotel but the water wasn't clear.... The staff are friendly and helpful.... The reception, house keeping and restaurant staff all are amazing Special thanks for the bakery chief, the bakeries are outstanding and delicious.... The WIFI covers all the hotel area and the rooms with a good signal. For sure the hotel is recommended and will visit it again

Excellent hotel. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of hot and cold options. The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. For example, they upgraded our room from garden view to sea and pool view for free. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The staff were very helpful and upfront about the scheduled electricity cutoffs. However, the frequent power outages were inconvenient. Having a backup generator would significantly improve the guest experience.
