The Staff was very friendly and nice. Location is nice close to the sea, We had the suit and it included 2 bedrooms each one with private door and each room has it's own TV, fridge, kettle... so it was nice not to interrupt the other room if we needed something

The sink in the bathroom was leaking and there was no tool to use to wipe the leakage, I have informed the hotel to fix it but the message was not transferred between the shifts, anyway we stayed 1 night so it wasn't a big issue. The second point is , it would be nice to have some kind of brochure that includes what kind of activities to be done in the city.

location of the room was perfect, the sea was very near from the hotel. I lost my mobile accessory and they kept it for me until they gave it back to me

The location of the place is awesome with a very beautiful roof/ cafeteria that overlooks the Mediterranean sea and the lovely facilities and restaurants in front of it.

1- I wish there were a kids area in the hotel. 2- I have never to Port Said before and it was written beach front, so I expected it is on the beach. However, it overlooks the sea, yet it the hotel gave me a pass into a private beach where it is not confined to the hotel residents.

The elevator is relatively small, but it is proportional to the small number of floors

staff is very helpful and friendly, house keeping is good. location is perfect.

Internet very very poor, the breakfast buffet is poor.

friendly stuff , simple & tasty breakfast , I booked a suite, was spacious for small family , good location without access to beach

the suite wasn’t clean enough , the commode wasn’t clean at all , the floor was wet from cleaning , the reception’s toilet was extremely bad and have a very bad smell

I booked a suite however the room contains single bathroom and it was very small .. Otherwise room was good.

the family suite toilet is a little too small for a family of 4
