The resort is exceptional, first from all the cast, they are so friendly and helpful from the reception, the room service, the restaurant, the pool and the beach. The loppy and the restaurant are beach front with spectacular view. The beach is so close to the loppy with a long walkway for walking and kids playing with bicycles and electric small cars. There are also different restaurants, markets and a pharmacy. The room was so clean with a large beachfront terrace and a modern furniture with a large TV. The restaurant was with different options with friendly cast with a beachfront view. The hotel has a special sandy beach just feets from the loppy and the restaurant with nearby restaurants and a walkway for kids playing. There are 2 pools, one in the ground floor, the other was at the roof which was covered and so nice for kids playing. At night, there are also concerts for kids and adults with a nearby bar. The resort is the best choice for both adults and kids. It will not be the last visit.

More avvariety for breakfast, lack of an actual sandy beach, dirty beach, and zumba class either not running on time or completely no show after being told there would be a class taking place which was extremely annoying! Also, throughout our stay, we constantly requested that hot water be fixed in order to take a shower, and the toilet was blocked on a few occasions. Additionally, being bitten whilst asleep by mosquitos was very unpleasant

The hotel was amazing, the staff was the best, everyone got out of the way to make everything comfortable for us. We liked very very much. I even asked my wife if she wants to go Sharm El Sheakh and she said she rather to be in Porto Said because the staff and the hire and the location. We definitely recommend everyone come to Egypt to visit Porto Said Resort & Spa.

Great location, very clean beautiful view to the sea.

The hotel is lovely and comfy with direct view to the sea which is wonderful and relaxing. There is a room for kids where they can play and have fun. the Hotel had a walkway by the sea which had restaurants and supermarkets and there was a place to rent bicycles and small cars for the kids. We had a dinner at Studio Misr restaurant where the food was Amazing.

I didn't like the breakfast not too much varieties and the eggs wasn't delicious. Swimming pool is not heated. The hot water from Faucet sometimes took some time to come.

Excellent staff Location and layout around is great , mix of old scent of sea days and today’s comfort . Roof pool very unique facility for children also for adults. Cleanliness was perfect Restaurant and all chefs were amazing , highly welcoming , very helpful. Lots of appreciation for housekeeping and receptionist .

The place is very nice same as the location. Facilities itself need some maintenance but generally good value for the money.

As this place situated in the middle of the road between Port Said and Domietta cities not easy to find taxi to go back. Uber doesn't work. Local numbers that staff give you in reception upon request is usually busy. So just go out and wait untill someone will come by the taxi in :)

I like the room sea view, varieties available at breakfast, facilties of the hotel, the room and all hotel are so clean. I like th pools, beach seats and friendly staff.

I didn't like the necessity of the access card to the lobby door from the beach, and the corridors. It is very hard to abide by it with young kids or anyone forgets the card with another one of family members.

It was amazing stay. Mr Yahia made our stay perfect, we will definitely return inchallah. Rooms look directly onto the waves breaking on the shore; the sound of the breakers at night induces a marvelously deep sleep. In the morning you can open the balcony doors and the whole of the Mediterranean is there before you. Right now, before the resort is established it's very quiet, too. Moreover it is only a 100LE taxi ride from Port Said.

For some reason the corniche strip is lain with artificial grass. Why would they do that?

- The perfect location, food, hospitality, cleanliness, quick response, the shuttle bus that takes you free of charge to Port Said downtown. - The staff are exceptionally friendly, especially Ms. Lina, the rooms division manager who was very nice. - There is a market to buy groceries, so you don't need to go anywhere. Highly recommended for solo travelers, family, business, and leisure.
