The apartment we stayed in was very spacious. It included a living room with a kitchenette, a large terrace, a bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a toilet. The apartment was also equipped with a fridge, washing machine, ironing board, and iron, which was very convenient. The location is excellent, situated right next to two large malls. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafés nearby. Parking is free and easy, with the option to use the hotel’s underground parking as well.

However, I would say there’s room for improvement in terms of cleanliness. The sofa in the living room was a bit worn and had some stains, and it seemed to me that the floor hadn’t been cleaned recently. We had breakfast included, but it was delivered to the room rather than served as a buffet. It was the same both days and didn’t include any hot beverages. The breakfast arrived around 9:00-9:15 a.m., which can be inconvenient if you need to leave earlier. The first day, we missed it, and it was left on the floor outside our apartment door. When we returned in the late afternoon, it was still there. The plates were covered with cling film, but I don’t think it’s ideal for food to sit on the floor in the hallway when it could simply be placed inside the room.

Early and quick check in. Location is amazing ,in the heart of Cadde54 shopping mall ,next to Serdivan mall. Apartment is clean enough Furniture is clean . Ernis in reception was very kind supportive . All reception team was good in English speaking.

Lack of microwave. There is no daily room cleaning. Housekeeping is available on demand ,charging 30 Euro per day/service . Lighting could be better Shower cabinet is small in our apartment. Place of hanging shower cap was broken ،they fixed it after our complaint

I have stayed here several times. Very kind treatment and manners from Mr. Ali, as well as Mr. Younes and Mrs. Belen. Responsive service and easy check-in.

The furniture needs improvement, some kitchen utensils, the quality of the doors and bathrooms, and in the winter there is no heating. I hope there is a solution to this.

Very nice stuff, home is new and clean location was very good near all the shops and restaurants.

Nothing, all was perfect

Location is the best in this city, the apartment is spacious with plenty of beds and rooms.

The location on Booking is not correct, had to ask them to send me the location on WhatsApp, the check in wasn't easy, they should share the details on how to check in prior to arrival. They requested more details to complete my reservation while I was checking in which took a lot of time to complete, they should have sent this earlier. It's more of an AirBnb rather than a serviced apartment, the bathrooms needed maintainance and the lighting inside was terrible.

The location was great, the apartment was wonderful and in good condition, the restaurants and the malls near the apartment were great for dining and having great time. Staff were good and friendly and cooperative, especially Mr. ERIS. Iam sure I will visit sakarya again and have my stay at the same Hotel apartment.

Nothing All was great

In case of going for shopping, it is just a paradise, it is surrounded by all kind of shops. The apartment is very clean and has everything you may need.

We were unlucky, and there were some rebuilding around... even with all windows closed, it was quite noisy. The place is good only in case of staying a day or two and willing shopping, otherways, moving from there to any other interesting thing in city means car or several transportations

Family of 6 in apt 401. Excellent view and location. Clean with enough parking space in the basement of the whole square. Excellent for a short and long stay. Leaving room furniture needs renewal.
