Everyone at the front desk was very nice upon arriving, and the personal TV screen was a nice touch! We had a handwritten note from housekeeping (I'm guessing), which I thought was very sweet. The hotel was very clean, smelled nice, and was appropriately quiet.

The bathroom :( Our bathroom vent did not work and it made showers very sticky. We had to shower with the door open which caused moisture to accumulate on everything else. I did inform the front desk after we realized it wasn't working. I was told that maintenance would be in to look at, but it wasn't fixed before we left. Also, the water in the bathtub was either very hot or freezing. Turning the nozzle even a little would cause a drastic change. The faucet was loose in the shower as well.

Very unique facility as far as a layout, but open, spacious, and very nice rooms.

At 9 PM, the sidewalks are still not been shoveled. The gentleman at check-in wasn’t overly friendly by any means, and I don’t know if our reservation included breakfast because he did not give me any kind of tickets, but being there for work I would assume I paid for breakfast. On that note… I think it is becoming outrageous that a simple continental breakfast is not included with a hotel stay.

Shopping center and lots of great restaurants very close by. A few minutes drive to the trade fair grounds.

Breakfast was nothing special. They ran out of pastries already at 8 o'clock and it took 30 minutes for the staff to refill them. for 15 dollars I would imagine a much better breakfast.

Four points staff went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I. BOOKING tried having the hotel cancel my reservation for our suite bc they overbooked go figure and 4 points by Sheraton staff worked quickly saving the day and my daughter's birthday by helping get us into a double adjoining room. Breakfast buffet is work the price. Having a bar, pool and hot tub was a great feature. Rooms were spacious. Patio rooms. Will return directly through them next time bc of the phenomenal customer service.

Saturdays are very crowded at the pool. We stayed on a weekday with nobody there but on Saturday do to a birthday party we werent able to get a chair or use hot tub. If the pool is our main goal we will shoot for a weekday next time.

I hosted a prom send off for my daughter. We booked a Wellness Suite that provided plenty of space for hair, makeup, and getting dressed. The courtyard was beautiful, and although it was closed for upcoming remodeling management allowed is to use it for red carpet & balloon photography. We had food and balloons delivered with no issues. Additionally, or guests (friends and family) experienced no issue coming inside to take photos and playing a part in the send off as some hotels limit visitors in the rooms.

The manager in the evenings can’t think of his name but he’s very helpful and tries to make sure u have a comfortable stay. He was very hopeful I was upset about my room and came and tried to resolve the issue np

Dirty room,smelled of mold and dirty sink door didn’t look secure

the conviece of the location, the staff was above and beyond and super caring.

they had to keep resetting the TV to watch any shows, the pool was ice cold but we were told its heated. the hot tub needs cleaned and fresh water. on day 2 it smelt awful

The room is more than enough to stay as couple. Even with my toddler, we stayed in 1 king bed and that was enough. Bed is comfortable. We paid for breakfast and that was delicious. We used pool and hot tub almost everyday and we liked it. Especially my daughter loved it.

I am a little bit selective person for breakfast and not eat everything (such as pork). Breakfast choices were not enough for me. Pool closing time can be later (it is 9pm). We would like to use after my daughter sleep but she sleeps around 9 pm and after that time we could not use it. These are not big deals but good to know.

The jacuzzi room was nice but their was a gapping hole in the ceiling above the jacuzzi, very unsanitary and uncomfortable.. and when i say gapping i mean big enough for a person to fit through and the jacuzzi was not cleaned properly it was still yellow

We enjoyed the walk in shower, quiet location , restaurant on site and staff was friendly
