The hotel was a good location in proximity to our actual AC destination. The comfortability was very good. Room a very good size. Loved the accessibility to the indoor pool. Liked the outdoor seating area

Before arrival front desk employee contacts me via phone and basically threatens to cancel reservation. All this phone conversation whole I'm driving in route to the property. I had to find somewhere to safely pull over to attempt to resolve this situation. Made several attempts to contact Booking.com's customer support with the only option being to leave an email message. No response for several days. The only other complaint is, the elevator was out of service our entire stay and the back door entrance wasn't ever secure, meaning anyone could just walk in.

We had a nice stay. The rooms were comfortable. I enjoyed sitting out back of the hotel; it was peaceful and quiet. They had breakfast in the mornings, which I didn't particularly care for, but it was an option if you chose to eat there. The hotel was located where you could get to AC very easily, and they had plenty of restaurants around to choose from. The pool was small and not very inviting, but at least they had one. The employees were very nice and welcoming. I would definitely stay there again.

No decaf tea or favor options. No sugar-free syrup for waffles for diabetes. No one cleaned the sitting area around the back. It was cigarette butts, empty bottles, and trash everywhere.

Breakfast was good, waffles were good. Front desk people were friendly. Room was very nice and had a place to lounge about. Pool was great, my adult/teen children stayed in the pool when we went to the wedding. We chose this hotel for the pool as well as time and location. Room wasn't ready at first but they found one for us right by the elevator. We didn't hear any noise from elevator or people walking around outside the room.

We asked for extra pillows, towels and toilet paper to be brought up. None of it was brought up. We had to go down and get toilet paper. For 5 people there should be more of what we needed.

The pool the location the complementary breakfast I believe it should have been till 10am instead of 9 but other than that it was a great touch for my self and my family:)

Tina is the best employee yet very lovely lady she needs to be acknowledged for her great work and professionalism oh and Daniel as well great staff :) now the lady that works nights I wish I would have gotten her name if I was in management would be fired because she would not be representing my business/establishment in any way very nasty attitude not helpful at all

Good location. Staff friendly .Easy and fastcheck in.Room was clean and nice size. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was just ok. Had somethings to pick from.Had 24 hour coffee in lobby. Coffee had good taste.

Floor creaked when walking around room. Privacy curtain falling off the hooks at the window. Low water pressure. Bath towel was dirty. Carpet had stains on it.Was able to hear road noise and was able to hear people in next room talking and snoring at night.

We love this hotel as an affordable option to take the kids for a night to go swimming in the pool, or just get away from life for a while.. we love the continental breakfast where you can make your own waffles. They have tons of choices and it's a easy way to save money when traveling budget friendly. The pool is big and kept as clean as possible, they have a gym by the pool area, there's really no complaints that we have about this hotel and we have stayed about four times over the years.

The hotel staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was clean and the house keeping girl is AMAZING. All the men who work at the front desk were truly WONDERFUL. We will be back next year with our whole family.

The WIFI sucked I couldn't get my work computer to connect to the WIFI due to the strength/signal was not strong enough.

I used the weight room to stay in my routine. The treadmill worked great. Other stuff not so much. Great to have free weights but some were missing. Used the universal machine for a couple things too. Loved the breakfast and coffee. Bed was comfortable.

Paying for parking was stated at $10. Charged $20. How do most of your patrons arrive if parking should not just be included? Ice machine broke on our floor.

I really enjoyed staying here it was very affordable breakfast everyday was delicious and very much appreciated and the pool was a super plus lots of fun I can't wait to stay again.

There isn't anything I didn't like it was very nice I will stay there again very affordable complimentary breakfast real breakfast and the pool was an extra Plus

I didn't like the fact that there were a family upstairs over our head jumping All around that was on our second day that we stayed there and I didn't like that they didn't have a good mirror to put your makeup on
