Staff don't no how to talk to u even if u try to give them respect

Just out side Atlantic City and in a good safe area. Hotel was very clean and the staff are friendly. For the price it was definitely a good option.

The pool and hot tub area was nice and we enjoyed those amenities. If it were a busier night or weekend, I can see these spaces becoming to crowded. It’s a relatively small area. It’s a very controlled environment. You have to escorted by staff personally to the pool area. Also the threat of a $250 fine for a fire alarm activation when you rent a room with a stove top kinda defeats the purpose especially when they tell you the alarms are very sensitive.

We didn’t have the breakfast but the set-up looked decent. Check-in was easy and staff was pleasant. Parking was good. LOVED the pool & hot tub! Bed was very comfy. Location was great for gas, walmart and Atlantic City access.

We saw cockroaches shortly after checking in. Notified the front desk and was told that we can come down and get some spray and treat the room ourselves.

The hotel was nice and the staff were pleasant. We stayed in room 302 which was very spacious. The hotel has a pool, hot tub, and steam room which we enjoyed immensely. I didn't like the fact that every time we wanted to use the pool, we had to go to the front desk to get them to let us into the pool area. You could not use your room key to enter. They had a kitchenette, however, it was unusable because there were no pots and pans, or cooking utensils. It was not equipped. They had free breakfast that consisted of cereal, bread, and waffles. They also had coffee, tea, milk, and juice. Not many options to choose from. We chose to go out for breakfast during our stay. The location was great with many restaurants to choose from and very close to Atlantic City.

Breakfast could have been better with more options. The kitchenette should have been equipped for use and a rag was left under the table which shows they didn't clean the floor. They also should have a sitting area outside the hotel.

The place is always the elevator was broke for about a week they should give out discount this the customer tht was on the 2 an 3 floor it was hard take ur things up then stairs they give out no discounts paying the money u pay and then u got to drags ur thing up them stairs was a joke I got COPD it didn't make no sense at all

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean room and a now serving a hot breakfast! They added a double waffle maker, just make sure to spray oil on both sides of the grill…oops! They were so nice about helping us get our waffles unstuck. The pool, hot tub and steam room were spotless and very enjoyable to use. Kitchenette with 4 person table was handy for our family to cook and enjoy our dinner. Also really nice to have the coin laundry in the building. All the staff were very nice and want to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Excellent value for the money and would happily stay there next time.

Everything was amazing. From the check in till departure. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were very spacious. The beds were really comfy aswell also the pullout sofa bed was even extremely comfortable. The swimming pool was very clean heated and warm. We loved the jacuzzi it was so relaxing and again very clean. The Breakfast in the morning was also a plus and was nice to grab on our way out upon checkout. My husband and I had a lovely time celebrating his homecoming. We will definitely be coming back to stay again. If u were coming with children as a family trip the rooms and hotel are very accommodating with the big kitchen with all the same comforts of home. Our room had full size stove/oven , full size fridge and also a dishwasher. And plenty of space in the rooms for the kids to play and a family to feel comfortable. I really think this was the best hotel I been to in quite some time. Thanks again homestead we look forward to our visit in the very near future.

We have no dislikes.

The breakfast was decent. They could’ve used a few more options for breakfast. the room did have loose floor tiles in it. The pool area was nice, very large pool, very family friendly because it is only about 5 feet deep. They could use some more chairs in the pool area. For me it comes down to price. I am sick and tired of extremely high prices that places and in 2025 I was able to book a two night stay for under $190 so I'm sorry but for me that is what the biggest thing I am looking for for value.

The price was reasonable even for a busy Saturday night in April. Large 1st floor suite had a mini kitchen, good for cooking a breakfast (with our own utensils though).

I've stayed here at least 8 times, and like the quality and location of this hotel for the price, but the breakfast could be improved - better coffee and some protein options would be welcome. Maybe boiled eggs for simplicity and some packaged cheese. As it is now - there are just carbs, apples/bananas, and yogurts&juices that are too sweet.

Comfortable place to stay, large room. Full kitchen. Friendly staff. Manov is the best.

Nice to be paperless, but no list of channels except watching channel 7 guide, no notice of WiFi code. No list of things in the area. Not a problem for me since Pleasantville is my hometown. But for others... There was no welcome packet. Coffee maker no coffee, creamer or cup. Full kitchen without accessories. Not even a handi wipe, or small dish liquid to clean up the few dishes that are available to use. The dining room table was on wheels and didn't have wheel locks to make it stationary. Only one roll of toilet tissue, no back ups. Could use a little preventative maintenance. Had to shoulder into the room since the door was stuck. Not complaining. Just a few concerns. We would and still will stay again.
