I enjoyed my stay everyone was very polite,room very clean and nice size,liked how they kept pool open till 9pm and beds were comfortable. If I had to complain about anything it would be the pot smoking in building and around pool with having young kids there ppl should have some respect especially when they see kids around my grandbabies complained about the smelled I know it's legal but should definitely be banned from building and around pool area

The staff were very helpful. The hotel is decent and clean. Facilities are working fine. There's a washing machine and dryer that lets you wash ($3) and dry($3). There's a buffet breakfast, and it is quite satisfying. The location is a bit further from the town;you can either book an Uber for $18-$20 or take a bus # 507,508,509 that passes every 30 minutes for $2.50 to get there .

They didn't have a restaurant in the hotel. However, there's a restaurant at the next property, but they only serve pizzas and pastas and other light items. Other than that, there are no nearby restaurants.

Clean rooms, great air conditioning, friendly and helpful staff. We were traveling for a wedding and it was a great experience.

Everything was great

The beds are super comfortable. Hallways are very clean. The room was clean. Self luggage carts to use! Parking is free. Pool was nice, but too many kids were screaming and splashing, and you would think the parents would tell them to stop acting wild because it's not a kiddie pool and adults use it also. "Parents" teach your children manners and respect when sharing a pool with adults! Some of the kids were screaming like animals. As a child, my mother always taught me to act properly and stop screaming Other than that, it was nice!

Great customer service. Always a pleasure to stay here. This is the only place I love to stay for relaxing. Breakfast is just what we want to get the day started. Umar is by far the best in handling all my questions and needs.

I could not say enough good things about this hotel. Booked a 1 night stay. I was extremely impressed with how my room was OCD clean. I travel enough to know to bring my own cleaning supplies. I did not have to clean anything, just Lysol'd all the surfaces like I would at home. It was extremely quiet. The water pressure was perfect with plenty of hot water. The breakfast was delicious! Sausage, eggs, pastries, bagels, toast, cereal, coffee and juice. The bed was so comfortable that I overslept and missed checkout. The front desk was very gracious and said they were extremely busy, but would extend my time with a paid late check out. After I checked out, I ended up stranded (w/2 cats) for 14 hours trying to get a ride home. The staff were so accommodating, making sure I was ok, letting me warm up when I needed to (cold, windy, rainy day). I was afraid I was going to be asked to leave the property, but everyone was understanding. The staff's kindness and empathy kept me from falling apart. Finally at 4 am, I received funds and the gentleman at the front desk knowing I had been stranded, used his extensive knowledge of their POS system and helped me reach a price with my budget with a paid early check in so I could finally get some rest. I truly am at a loss for words. Customer Service is the best I have ever experienced. I will always use this hotel when I am in the area and if anyone asks for a hotel recommendation, I will always say The Ramada. They have made me a customer for life! And Thank you to the staff. They all deserve raises and huge bonuses!
