The Villas were exceptionally beautiful, a real Bali feel. Even though yhe Villas are close together it still feels very private. Daily breakfast was always lovely, nice fresh juices. Floating breakfast was extra special, a must do. Coconut cocktails were awesome. Location was great to be in the centre of the island, away from the noise and central to both sides of the island. Customer service was 10/10, very wonderful, lovely accomodating staff. Being able to order / talk to staff through Whatsapp was so easeful.

The only part for me that I did not enjoy was the extremely firm bed, as a side sleeper, It was very uncomfortable, perhaps some good mattress toppers are needed.

Majo Villas on Gili Trawangan is such a cozy and beautiful place. From the moment we arrived, Dani and the team were incredibly warm and welcoming. Even though we showed up a bit early, they happily took care of our luggage and invited us to relax by the poolside restaurant while our villa was getting ready. They even gave us a little map of the island with their favorite spots marked—that was really sweet and helpful! The villa itself is amazing—beautiful design with concrete, wood, and big glass windows. Everything feels stylish and thoughtfully put together. The outdoor shower was such a nice touch, and those copper sinks were just stunning. You can even get breakfast delivered right to your villa, or try the floating breakfast in the pool, which was not only delicious but also perfect for photos! Getting around the island was super easy with the free bicycles they provide. It’s such a nice way to explore and get to the beach. Honestly, it’s the perfect place for couples to relax and just enjoy the island vibe.

I am absolutely blown away by the hospitality Dani and team provided. They went above and beyond to ensure my partner's 40th birthday was so special. Dani even personally researched and messaged numerous restaurants in the area to get some quotes for a romantic birthday dinner. Room service is all done via WhatsApp and the (absolutely delicious) food and drink arrives very promptly. The bikes were super comfortable and the staff assist you with parking, locking and unlocking them when you arrive/leave like a little valet service :) the attention to detail here is world class. Well done Dani and well done team !!

The villa is exactly what you expect from the pictures, there's no trickery with photo angles or editing. The staff is very friendly and will do anything to help you. If your looking for a quiet slice of paradise to relax in, this is the place for you!

There was some minor maintenance that is needed but nothing that effected our enjoyment of the stay.. just some small tiles coming off on the pool bottom and a towel rail kept falling down... nothing serious and I wouldn't fault anywhere of small things like this! Not the property's fault and there's nothing they can do about it, but there was a lot of midges and mosquitos in the evenings during our stay, this however is part of staying in the this part of the world and they do try to minimize them as best they can.

Our stay at this villa was absolutely unforgettable! Nestled in the center of the island, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat away from the crowds while still being perfectly accessible—thanks to the complimentary bikes provided, which made exploring every corner of the island a breeze. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional service. Every member of the staff—from the meticulous housekeeping team to the friendly waiters, talented cooks, and efficient administrative staff—went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The villa itself is one of the most beautiful we’ve experienced, offering an incredible quality-to-price ratio. We particularly loved the private pool and terrace, which provided complete privacy and a perfect setting for relaxation. It was this personal touch and attention to detail that made us fall in love with the island even more. We can’t wait to return for another visit. This hotel truly offers an exceptional blend of serenity, convenience, and heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended!

Where to begin...our stay at Majo Villas was exceptional from start to end. It was truly one of the best resort experiences I have had while travelling. The staff is extremely welcoming, they remembered our name and greeted us every time we passed in and out of the resort. They truly cared about our experience and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The breakfast which is included each morning was delicious with several options to choose from. A major plus is that the entire villa ran on a filtered water system, which is a nice and rare bonus for any accommodation on Gili T. The villas themselves are beautiful, spacious and private. The staff do a daily cleaning and supply mosquito resistant candles and bug spray to help make your stay more comfortable. Would highly recommend Majo Villas to anyone looking for an exceptional accommodation in Gili T!

Beautiful villas, private with excellent facilities and upkeep. Lovely outdoor shower, indoor toilet in separate room from main area. Pool is lovely and surrounded by flowered trees. Delicious breakfasts, friendly staff. Bikes provided and serviced promptly if any issues meant accessing the rest of the island was easy

If you don't want an outdoor shower then not for you but we loved it. Central on the island away from main areas (a bit quieter too other than for the call to prayers) so you need to bike to most places (push bikes provided though)

Absolutely everything! The staff were incredible. They made a point of knowing our names, they were always super friendly and took an interest in what we were up to and if we were happy. They were always ready to do anything to make our stay even better. The villa was spectacular. So beautiful. All the luxuries that you want. The bed was also super comfy. Best stay I've ever had and cannot recommend this place enough. All the included extras are also so great, like complimentary access to gili fit gym and complimentary bikes. Thank you everyone for a great time!

Villas are extremely nice with a lot of thought going into the design and comfort. We enjoyed the huge outdoor area a lot while we also had a room with fully working AC to retreat to when needed. The tranquility of the private pool is an added bonus and we really enjoyed having the privacy. Staff were extremely friendly and professional and spoke good English and provided an outstanding service. Food was really nice! Everything that we ordered was really fresh and delicious.

We would definitely book Majo Villas again but just a couple of improvement points for the future to consider: - Property could have been a bit cleaner e.g. there were cobwebs in the corner of the toilet, countertop outside was dusty etc. - When the room is cleaned all the water bottles should be filled up. There were a lot of water bottles around the house but after they ran out they have not been filled up again. - Bike: For a shorter person (like my girlfriend who is around 160 cm) the bike with a high crossbar can be really uncomfortable. Other bikes on the island seem to have a lower crossbar so would have been nice to have different options. - Breakfast: Some of the egg options could have more vegetables included for both plating and for taste.

Super beauthiful villa with calm, modern yet authentic design, all details thought through. The outdoor shower is one of the cutest things I have seen kn my life. Very attentive and polite staff, organized us all we needed. Wonderful breakfast, the floathing brekkie was so pretty. Even the coctails in the hotels bar were excellant. The whole resort is super.

If you are not an early bird or very heavy sleeper then this may not be your spot. The early prayer call from the mosque and the singing of roosters is quite hard to miss at 5 am.
