Location, quiet - away from the noise of the coast roads, bars and shops. Room and bathroom spacious. Pool was clean. A lovely place to stay. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. They organised bikes and scooters for us to hire. Breakfast was simple but all we needed. Fruit salad, eggs any way on toast, or banana pancakes with honey, tea or coffee.

Would have been great to have a juice on offer with breakfast - not a big deal though. Staff were really great, they stay the night at the resort as live off the island and are basically on call 24/7. Really hope they are paid accordingly and get the days off they need to return to their families in Lombok.

Beautiful rooms! Spacious, lots of storage, spotlessly clean, great aircon, super comfy bed and the shower was hot with great pressure. Loved the touch of having a fridge, kettle, tea and coffee 🙏🏼 The staff were the BEST! So friendly and welcoming, they always made sure we had what we needed. Breakfast was really tasty, great portion size too! Gorgeous and beautifully kept grounds and pool area. Loved the terrace with the comfy bed area to laze about on. I loved the two little cats that always greeted us in the morning or when we returned after being out all day 🥰

We loved our stay in White Coconut. The location is in the middle of the island. We rented 2 bikes and we really liked that the west coast (empty resorts in november) and east (restaurants, cafes, ferry, very busy) were near so eitherway we decided to go for a day it seemed near. The stuff was super friendly! They were always around if you needed anything, they asked how was your day and helped us to book a skorkeling thir in public ferry to Lombok. For breakfast was an egg omlete or banana pancake which were both nice. And the pool as some shadow during the day which in nice, because the sun there is really strong!

- There is a fly problem, especially when eating breakfast in the outside area. This may be because of the horses on Gili T, however they were much worse at the hotel than anywhere else on the island. I had to start eating breakfast in the room to avoid flies landing on my face and food. The staff happily accommodated this. - Ants in the bathroom, although they don’t really bother you - No handwash provided - No room cleaning

The people here were so so lovely - were extremely accommodating, helpful and friendly. Absolutely loved this place to stay especially for the price. The pool was stunning with trees and flowers around it and we loved that the rooms looked like little houses. The bathroom is large and there is a wet room style shower. There is really good AC and a fan in the bedroom and a large bed, table and chairs outside to sit on. The breakfast was soooo delicious - there was a choice of banana pancakes and honey or toast and omelette and you could also get a drink. We had the option to either sit in the dining area for breakfast or on our private outside terrace bit of the room. Bikes were not free to rent but were quite cheap - 50,000IDR for a day and they were really worth the price. Special thanks to Ali who was so kind and made us feel so welcome - even giving us a map and pointing out the main spots to see when we arrived.

It was a little bit out of the way of the main beach areas but if you rent a bike it takes about 10mins to get the sunset beach/ turtle point. There is also no room cleaning service but I’m sure you could get a new towel if you asked for one.

We were enchanted by the serene ambiance, accentuated by the tranquil outdoor greenery, and grateful for the warm hospitality of the staff, notably Ali and Ben, who were consistently attentive. The comfortable and impeccably clean room was complemented by a delightful coconut treat upon arrival. The meticulously maintained pool enhanced the overall sense of tranquility. Breakfast offered delicious fare with ample portions, and the balcony, complete with a comfortable bed, provided an idyllic setting to unwind amidst nature. Without a doubt, we wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.

Absolutely everything! It is so peaceful & well laid out. The owner had thought of EVERYTHING Plenty of room to put luggage and clothes in the room. Bathroom is perfect with large vanity for all your stuff . The outdoor lounge area on the veranda of each room is perfect for reading and relaxing. The staff are incredible They could not do enough for us. We have travelled to Bali every year for the past 10 years and this was our favourite place so far . We will definitely be back next year Thank you for having us

A place that feels like home. There aren’t enough words to describe how much we loved this place. What started off as a 4 night stay ended up being a 2 week stay. Before booking, I wasn’t sure about the location as I had never been to Gili T before, but to our surprise it was absolutely perfect. Peace and tranquility yet access to everything you need within minutes. The resort is stunning and so beautifully kept. The rooms are crisp, clean, spacious and have everything you need inside including a fridge!! There are multiple areas where you can relax outside the room also. The best part is the wonderful team that work here, they truly made our whole stay even more special and we will miss them very much. They go above and beyond to keep customers happy and the whole resort in perfect standards, they really are are an asset to the business. Quite possibly our favourite stay in Indonesia ❤️

Everything. Each staff member were brilliant, and couldn’t do enough for us. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best holiday. The rooms are a great size and really comfortable beds. Great outdoor space. The pool is lovely too. It is located in a great area. Easy to access any part of the island, and the hotel offer bikes to get around the island too. It’s in a quiet spot so you can sleep peacefully. Brilliant value for money.

Ali was so nice and the other members of staff. They couldn't do enough for you. The room was huge! And a really good clean pool that we used most days. Bed was comfortable and air conditioner worked great. WiFi was good and a nice bathroom with fresh water in the shower. Pool towels available and breakfast was also nice.

A little walk from anything. However, there are a couple of shops and restaurants nearby. A couple more breakfast choices would be nice and they didn't do any drinks by the pool, which is a missed opportunity
