My partner and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kelapa Villas, and I can confidently say that our experience surpassed all our expectations. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional customer service. The staff was extremely friendly and helped us with everything - transport, highlights on Gili etc. Their dedication to guest satisfaction truly set this establishment apart. They also have a beautiful tennis court and well-equipped fitness studio, which was perfect for us. The private villa itself was a true gem. The pristine pool was clean and regularly maintained, and we really liked the Mediterranean feel of the whole area. Our beds and towels were all very clean with no stains whatsoever, which is not always the case in Indonesia. The check-in process was also swift and hassle-free. We had breakfast and lunch there everyday, because the food was just insanely good. We wholeheartedly recommend Kelapa Villas to anyone who is looking for a calm and relaxing villa on Gili T!

I had a wonderful experience at the Kelapa Villa. Every staff member I encountered, from the vallet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! The Villa can accommodate 21 of us.. Huge pool, living area, open kitchen and bedroom.. Absolutely suitable for family bonding... Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

Quite far from/to centre and beach. Need to book horse cart which can accommodate only 4 person and fee per way is about IDR150,000.00 (RM45). You can also rent a bicycle for IDR50,000 per day but you may experience with slippery and bumpy road. Internet/wifi was terrible..

The best stay we chose in our Bali vacation. The staff is so friendly, going above and beyond to make us comfortable. The island is perfect. We have to walk/cycle a little to reach the beach but that was perfectly fine with us

Location of villa was next to the burning ground for trash - we had to deal with the smoke which can be unbearable for some. Living room is open air so we couldn't keep the smoke out if we wanted to gather in the communal area. The 3 rooms upstairs on the 2nd floor (fit for 6pax) had to share 1 common bathroom on the ground floor - something that you would like to consider based on your group

Great position. It was a short bike ride away from the centre so it was quiet and we couldn't hear the call to prayer. The staff were amazing, so helpful and obliging. I really appreciated that they had no plastic at all. We could get our water from a dispenser, the straws were metal etc. They're doing their small part to help the environment. The breakfast was lovely.

We had no hot water in our villa. I asked them to fix it but it remained the same. A vegan option in the breakfast menu would have been great. I am a vegan and there was nothing for me to eat.

A gorgeous villa (definitely could sleep more than 2 people) with pool and small kitchen

To get to/from the property there are NO streetlights, we had an accident on our bicycles as we couldn’t see where we were going. There’s a small hole in the roof (assuming to let heat out) but birds kept pooing through it - luckily our belongings weren’t directly underneath but each day we came home there were droppings on the floor It was also quite evident the bigger villas were more up to date and luxurious than the small ones so it might be worth putting some money into that - ours looked dated in comparison

The island is small, we rented bicycles, so we can easy go in the island. Instead, roads are very bad, bur you can t request more, for a remote island. But staff helped us every time with any of our requests. The manager if the property was very professional. Breakfast included in our stat was very nice, you can choose every morning from a menu, and you can have it in your villa free of cost. They helped us to rent bicycles and also called for the island taxi.

It was a little hard to access the villa because of the bumpy roads and also you don t have light on the roads. But it doesn’t feel unsafe, and it s an important point.
