This review for Family premier room with 2 double bed.... Service - for check in have 2 counter but during the visit, only one counter available where another counter seem have 2 people but seems busy... So need to wait for my turn... Never asked or called service desk during the visit, so not sure on the service... The service desk called my room to tell it is check out time... Room - Really clean and all the things you need is available inside the room including iron, TV, small fridge, one seater sofa, table chair, kettle and etc... Bathroom - all good except the drain at the shower not proper drain the water where when shower, the floor full of water...

We booked the hotel through booking.com and i wanted to cancell it because of travelling to ipih was quite far...the staff said cannot and had been charged...as i know if i cancell through booking.com it still can be cancelked...i think that the staff gave me wrong info saying that cant be refunded...even though when i cancelled it booking.com said it was under process

Deluxe room with queen bed (full bed) & single bed is suitable for our family members. Lift provided. The problem is noise/sound which i believe it come out from the air-cond. I believe, they installed the out-door compressor too close to the room, at the ceiling. When switch off the air-cond, the noise gone. The room is at the center of the building, no window

Tandas bersih, the bedsheets all clean, everything was okay including the staffs are really helpful. The parking lot also very convenient. It's just that I wish the room for 3 persons (Deluxe Twin Room) are a bit wider . I do enjoy my stay, no offense, but for one night stay it is okay comfortable but if you travel for three people maybe I would recommend the Two Bedroom Apartment instead.

We are repeat guests as the Valya hotel in Ipoh, its all about location and good service, reasonable cost..staffs always excellent, we never had a problem communication, and access to the rest of the town from train station to hotel is easy by taxi and walking distance from bus station to hotel and we always being grateful for their commitment to excellence service they provided, we look forward to staying with you again soon.

The room is clean, but sometimes I notice a smell of smoke. I'm not sure where it's coming from, though the bed and sheets don’t have any odor.

Everything has been great so far. The price was worth it—the room is clean and just a short walk from the bus station.

Good location, All nice 😊 Good Customer Service 🤗. The hotel room was so nice & comfortable. Very clean. Have iron board & hair dryer. Very easy to use. Also toiletries. Will sure booking again. 🤗

Hotel location is very convenient; just beside Mydin Mall. Room was clean and bed comfortable. AC was strong.

No windows but that's just how the building is. Room was small; enough space to get around but more space would be nicer.

my go to place everytime i went back to visit my parents in Meru Ipoh. Very close to Mydin and lots of eating places so its big thumbs up for me. facilities are well taken care of and staff was really responsible.

not much to not like about. Everything was good for a budget traveler.

Large comfortable beds for 4 of us. I appreciate that the staff called us to confirm our late check in so they can hold our room.

The room still lingers with cigarette smell when we check in. Appreciate if the house keeping staff ensure at least there's no unwanted smell before guest check in.
