Proximity to everything …transport (metro) ~~ the hospital where i was being treated, ~~wide variety of restaurants

Hard to pick anything …. Oh the BLoody TV …..what a crap model (from 1990 model) sound was awful and vision was blurry and dark . I was not there to watch tv but the quality when i did have a few moments to chill out was terrible.

I didn't eat breakfast because of early departure. Had they served at 6 am it would have allowed enough time. Nothing within any of the hotel information mentioned the availability of the train station adjoining the facility.

Room was lovely and clean. The bathroom was big and very modern. Good location attached to the mall and easy access for taxis and Didis. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Took a while to check in and there were only 2 staff at check in I could not partially pay with RMB Cash only with cards.

Really nice hotel. Everything from check in until check out was great, including the staff, room, and gym. I could have easily stayed longer than just one night.

If anything then I think a hotel of this class should be slightly better prepared for gluten free options at breakfast, even though quite uncommon in this region. I still found enough options but it could have been better.

Location. Breakfast is good but all items should be well translated in English with ingredients like vegetarian or not.

Only few staff spoke English and it was difficult to communicate at times.

room was clean, bed comfy with all amenities. concierge service was perfect and very helpful specially Daniel with English speaking. had very good experience Daniel helped to arrange Texi for us out of the way, appreciate

breakfast with very few options for vegetarians can add some veg dishes .

I lived in Baishouzhou for three years! I love the location and the views of the Bay and Windows of the World are great! Very Nice Breakfast buffet, and an extremely helpful staff.

That the Holiday Plaza does not open until 10:00 AM. Hotel Entrance is in the back, which means additional walking. This is a minor issue.

Excellent location, very friendly staff and the breakfast was more than awesome. Plenty of delicious choices also catering to western flavour palette. Very satisfied!!!

Extremely comfy beds - great location next to OCT! Have real coffee in the room and a good selection of TV channels. Overall pretty good rooms and being right above one of the best malls in Shenzhen makes things very convenient. Also right next to the metro!

Rooms a little old but acceptable.

The huge comfy bed and open plan bathroom.

Staff couldn't give us restaurant recommendation. Bar super expensive for China.
