Beautiful Hotel. Breakfast was great value. Coffee was excellent. Service in the morning time was good, not so good in the evening time. The guy at the pool was very helpful to everyone. Pool area was immaculate. Rooms are modern, bright and very clean. Shower gel and shampoo provided. Air conditioning was good.

For us Hotel is very isolated. Very few restaurants nearby. Asked at reception for nearly restaurants and they were not helpful. Bar Food in Hotel is very limited. Restaurant food was limited if you didn't like fish. A small glass of wine was €15, not good value. Pool has to be vacated by 6.30 which is a bit of a joke. They have private pool parties in the evening.

We had a fantastic holiday at Hotel Tre Fontane Luxury. The hotel is very modern, spotlessly clean, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. The staff were brilliant during our stay – everyone from the reception team (who were especially helpful when arranging taxis and the shuttle bus), to the breakfast staff, bar staff, and even the lifeguard at the pool were all lovely, welcoming, and professional (pool towels are provided each day). Our room was really modern, a good size, nice size balcony and kept cool by the air conditioning, although it’s worth noting that the air conditioning appears to be centrally controlled – we couldn’t lower the temperature beyond the set level. That said, it wasn’t a problem as the room stayed pleasantly cool throughout our stay.

Portici itself has many beautiful historic buildings, although some are a little run-down/abandoned /derelict. However, there seems to be ongoing building work, so we imagine the area will look quite different in the next few years.

The location is wonderful. It was lovely to be able to view the Mediterranean Sea each morning while enjoying breakfast. The staff was also exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were provided with the local train schedule, were able to schedule a shuttle for our departure day, and were quickly provided with any requests we had. The only small issue I noticed was that I had to ask for items to be replenished, such as facial tissue, soap, shampoo, etc. The food in the restaurant was superb with attentive service. We enjoyed our stay very much, and definitely plan to stay again in the future.

Fabulous hotel with exceptional staff. There is a superb restaurant on site but also other (cheaper) eateries within walking distance. Local trains nearby heading into Naples central. The hotel can also arrange shuttles or taxis to various destinations such as Pompeii. We walked to Herculaneum from the hotel. Although there is a train line running alongside the hotel, the trains are electric and almost silent. We had a top floor room with balcony and afternoon sun with a lovely view over gardens and a side on view of the sea. There is a fridge and kettle in the rooms. The staff are very motivated, proud of their hotel and give amazing service.

Great Hotel to explore the Vesuv, Pompeji and Naples. The stuff was more than helpful, when we had issues with the streaming service in one of the rooms and they accommodated a change of rooms within a very little time, in addition they helped to get some last minute tour to the Vesuv. The breakfast was well serviced and the parking garage was offering big spaces, especially when compared to others in the area. Very service oriented stuff on all places- bar, front desk and parking garage.

Nothing really, the shower could have been a bit bigger, but I am 1.93m so that might not apply to a lot of guests

We had the most wonderful time at Tre Fontane. There are so many positives I could list about this hotel but without doubt the thing that stood out the most is the staff. There were so many exceptional staff, Daniele and his colleagues at reception, the drivers, the bar staff at breakfast, the pool supervisor/ lifeguard… just to name a few! Everyone was friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our whole stay. The breakfast food was delicious and with a large spread of options, and we also enjoyed dinner at the bar and the restaurant during our stay also. Both of which were delicious. The pool area is well managed, with towels provided and plenty of sunbeds. Other than Sunday which is apparently a busy day at the hotel, it was very quiet during our stay and very relaxing. The room we had was large with a comfy bed and aircon. We also had a balcony which was lovely. Honestly we spent very little time in the room, as we either would be by the pool, or exploring Portici and other local sites. The hotel was well located to see some lovely spots around Portici including the palace and the train museum (a popular hit with my partner!) as well as being (fairly) walkable from Herculaneum. The hotel provided a free and hassle free shuttle service to the local train station which we used to visit Pompeii and Naples. We also took advantage of the shuttle pick up from the airport for a small fee. I highly recommended this hotel to anyone planning to holiday in the area. As one of the staff on the reception desk told us as we returned from a very hot visit to Herculaneum, “Welcome back to Paradise!” Couldn’t agree more!

Beautiful garden and good facilities including underground parking. Nice view over pool and sea.

Train audible from room, in the weekends parties are hosted at the pool and the music is very audible in the room. Also sounds like flushing and walking around can be heard from neighbouring rooms.

Nice Hotel, modern, clean.

We had to give a credit card as a deposit and after the checkout, we had been charged for a snack that we haven't used, without being called before. Although we have paid breakfast for both nights stayed and on the second morning we had to leave at five o'clock, so there was no breakfast open, neither they had prepared some sandwiches, in the first morning, when I've asked for fried eggs, instead of the scrambled eggs and boiled eggs available, I've been charged for the fried eggs without prior notice.

All staff at the Tre Fontane were so welcoming and very happy to help in any way shape or form. No request or enquiry was too much. Customer satisfaction guaranteed. Shuttle bus driver Antonio was our personal favourite and the reception staff were very close runners up.

There appears to be a bit of a pigeon problem when out on the terrace when eating drinking. The staff do try and shoo them away, but they are rather persistent and come back. Not a major deal, but they do tend to leave their mark all over the floor.

Literally everything ! Best apartment size, best staff, always friendly and trying to please guests- but sincerely from the heart and not being fake, genuine people working at this hotel, and all over Naples, was very impressed, people always trying to help and genuinely nice! Breakfast was very very good, we were impressed with the room size, luxury standard, overall, and we really travelled all over the world, but this hotel really exceeded expectations. Beds were huge and very very comfortable !! Would definitely recommend this hotel with no hesitation !!
