Lovely accommodation, but more importantly the staff. A young gentleman, Jacob, was just amazing! From the time he checked us in, to the time of our departure, he was just brilliant! Polite, welcoming, courteous, and a delightful disposition that added to the very positive energy his role. Jacob was outstanding, and an absolute credit to your business. You should be very proud of Jacob, he’s a great ambassador for your business! And I would be very grateful if you provided him this feedback so he knows how much he’s appreciated.

I really can’t think of anything I didn’t like. It’s one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever encountered.

Located in the centre of town, this hotel is newly renovated I think because the rooms were lovely and modern with all great facilities The breakfast was good but unfortunately we couldn't try the restaurant because it is closed on Sundays. However we found a great Italian restaurant and had a lovely meal. I'm sure we'll come back soon!!

A very comfortable room, equipped with everything you need. The staff is very responsive and helpful. Excellent location on the main square. Free parking. Great value for money.

Staff at the reception more than very nice. Helped us with our bikes, charging them, storing them, and fluent in English and French!! Bathroom is exceptionally nice. Highly recommend this hotel, and will return here when in Prague again.

This is a Marriott class hotel, new building, everything is modern and looks nice. You can't miss home in this place. Huge Smart TV in the room with everything you need. There's a big parking in front of the hotel, I was there during the weekend so it was for free but I believe they provide a parking card for weekdays. There is also a restaurant bar open to the public and by the number of people there when I arrived I assume it's very good. Breakfast was OK, it was tasty and fresh but nothing fancy.

Wi-Fi was very very slow. The breakfast is from 8 to 11am, but the check-out should be until 10am. This one for me is hard to understand. The lift don't cover all floors, so if you are caring a lot of luggage, you might need to carry it through the stairs.

Very helpful and understanding staff. Top notch cleanliness. Air conditioning working even without the key card in the slot!

It was very difficult to talk to the reception staff. none of the ladies had any English language skills

The room was spacious, the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast has small selection but everything was great. The hotel is in the city center and there's a nice view from the breakfast area and there's parking in front of the hotel which is very convenient.

We got a friendly welcome at the reception and immediately a parking card for the car. We had a spacious room in the roof, with a modern interior and solid but comfortable beds. Since the hotel is situated at the old town market, a was nice to have a walk around before dinner. The hotel is (as far as we noticed) the only restaurant in town, despite several fast-food stations. Dinner was served friendly and tasty, same as breakfast offering a fine selection of different foods.
