The bed was very big and comfortable. The Spa was very relaxing and was not crowded at all. The room was very spacious and we had our own balcony. The breakfast had a variety of foods including fresh fruit and raw honey which was amazing!! There is a supermarket right next to the hotel, and restaurant so there are a few things around the hotel.

We did find the room to be quite hot and we were unable to regulate the temperature. We did have a balcony and left the window open, however there was a wedding like celebration literally outside our room with speakers and fairly loud music. This didn’t last long and it wasn’t the hotel’s fault. It is also quite a random thing as it won’t happen everyday. The hotel is about a 30 min walk to Bran centre but only a 5 min drive if you have a car.

Very nice and quiet place, during the night outside you can hear just some dogs. The building looks new at all. The room looks very nice, new furniture, large, pleasant temperature, very clean. The SPA zone in the building looks good, clean, but not so large to support so many guests. The breakfast is delicious, not so many options, but enough for anybody. The coffee was fine for me.

The SPA including indoor pool located into the other building (Woolf 1) looks not so good, the water inside the pool was very cold, no hot water on the shower, very toilet smell inside the pool room. All the sauna rooms were not functional in the building.

It was a great experience overall. The staff are helpful and polite all the time. The rooms are large and well maintained, some stains on the walls from wear and tear. The soundproofing could use a recheck. The breakfast is varied and different every morning. I've had a great breakfast every morning.

The spa facilities were the only minus, the spa was in the same building as I was, and the conditions were fine. But the pool was in another building (it is stated that it is). My biggest issues were: the path there was not clear for walking and filled with ice, and the pool had cold water. The fixtures in the pool were old and rusty.

All advertised items are available such as bathrobes, slippers, spa facilities, breakfast. Also you have amenities like sewing kit, shoe sponge, body lotion, shower cap. Breakfast was great. Staff is friendly. Room is clean and equipped. Bed is comfy. Some mountain view was available from the window.

I think spa area can be better managed - either some instructions how to turn on the saunas or a worker who sets is up and controls rather than we ask at reception or try to figure out ourselves how to turn it back on after timer is off. I saw other ppl struggling with that as well. Just fyi - no air conditioning ( but it was not required at the time of stay and we were warned about it). And no elevator (may be relevant for ppl with many bags and children), we were also warned about it. that is good that description contains correct information.

A very nice hotel, the room was clean and new, we enjoyed the breakfast! The hotel provided a nice meal outside in the yard for the Romanian National Day (very thoughtful, they do that every year they said) and it was very tasty. The staff very nice and willing to help. We felt comfortable and cozy being there.

The big pool could have been better maintained. The water was very cold, unfortunately, and we couldn't stay longer then about an hour. The spa facilities are nice, but still, the pool might be better.

The room was clean, the staff were polite. The hotel is close to Drakula castle, approximately 30min walking. In walking distance there are a small supermarket and a restaurant with good food on really acceptable prices.

The one of the bottles of soap and the lotion bottle in the bathroom were empty. In the spa area only the hot tub was working, also it wasn't clean enough.

I liked the stuff, the room was nice and clean, the food.

I didn't like that from our rooms we had a view of the parking and a store and that they didn't have a closed yard. The children could go to the parking or in the area with the cars. I had to request myself towels and toilet paper as they didn't clean the room daily.

Everything was great - the staff, the room, breakfast, spa, location… Very clean and cozy. The view is very nice and the hotel is easily accessible. You can see and feel that the hotel was renewed in 2022.

The pool is in the other hotel (Wolf 2) which was not renewed yet, and this is visible everywhere - bad smell, showers with cold water only or out of order. Still, the water was clean and warm. Hope the hotel will invest in that area soon.

Very clean, comfortable, modern. Breakfasts are very tasty. Nearby there is a shop, a restaurant. A good place to relax, the pool is not big, but there were not many people either.

The property is really easy to find, check-in was smooth, there's a a reception in the building. We liked the room, it is new and it was spotless clean (bathroom included). The property itself has multiple buildings we were in the most recently built one. The room also has a minibar with the prices listed in the welcome brochure. The bed was large and comfortable, the bathroom is also equipped with everything (I would add a box of tissues still) and there was a nice balcony with a small table and two chairs where you can enjoy some sun. Breakfast was also good, it is a continental breakfast with some local twist ("zacusca" or cold vegetable stew is very good) but would cater to everyone I think. The juices could maybe be improved upon, other than that everything was tasty.

I would maybe give out 2 key cards from the start, add a box of tissues in the bathroom and offer the possibility to regulate the room's temperature somehow (if there is such a thing, we haven't managed to find it).
