Very cozy hotel. Nice location just on the seaside. Helpful staff, good breakfast. Nice and clean spa. Rooms are stylish with bathtubs which is really nice.

When we checked in it turned out that the next day hotel is closing at 11 till Monday. It was a bit strange. Actually we had a plan to have lunch or tea after check out but we had to change our plans. Also would be nice to have coffee from the coffee mashing for breakfast instead it was just filter coffee.

Hotel is in a beautiful location overlooking the sea, with a jetty that guests can use to swim from (but also has its own pool). Beautiful gardens, spacious public rooms, elegant decor. Parking is easy.

The breakfast was reasonable but not quite as good as everything else; we have had better breakfasts in other similar hotels in Denmark. However, the setting and the level of service from staff were still excellent.

Nice hotel in need of some renovation. Large and comfortable rooms. Excellent location for those looking for nature and peace. Breakfast was good. Good WiFi.

Dinner was too expensive for what was served. The choice of TV channels is very limited.

Delightful hotel with an authentic 1960's vibe combined with up to date rooms and facilities. Great beachside location with views over the garden to the beach and the Great Belt. Easy distance to the centre of Nyborg. Excellent buffet breakfasts, elegant restaurant for evening dining, very comfortable accommodation with excellent bed. Helpful and friendly staff, spotlessly clean, good indoor swimming pool, and bicycles for hire. We had a terrific time!

if we were to point out a negative, it would be the lack of modern A/C in the room. Our room was 30 degrees, because it was just as warm outside, and it made proper sleep impossible. but the hotel has a charming retro style, and modern installations wouldn’t fit in. besides we cannot really blame the hotel for the hot summer 😅

Nice and quiet area, the hotel is very clean and offers everything that a visitor may ask for. The personnel was there to respond to any request.

the location is excellent with the ocean in front and the Forrest at the back, leaves for plenty of walking and relaxation. Indoor pool facility with whirlpool as well as sauna was nice too. restaurant and the food was of a high standard.

The property has an older touch to it, with the bathroom fairly outdated- but clean and comfortable.

Hotel Hesselet is a beautiful building on a prime site with fantastic views of the sea. It is full of traditional comforts and takes care of its guests.

Old style quality and honestly helpful staff. Been travelling arounf DK for 17 years. First time I stayed here. Will definitely come back.
