First, the hotel is in an area with a few restaurants (as well as a Harley store) nearby. The cute town of Medina was merely minutes away with its wonderful small stores, cute houses, and deer everywhere starting around 6 p.m. I've never seen so many deer simply in people's front yards. Although positioned right off the interstate, we did not hear any traffic at all. The hotel itself was endearing because of the staff. The people staffing the front desk were welcoming, and we saw one particular guy focusing on making the common areas nice for guests. At one point, he was on the floor defrosting a refrigerator containing drinks for sale. We also appreciated the coffee and hot chocolate available around the clock as well as the free peppermints. Beds were comfortable, and the room offered great shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, plenty of fluffy towels, an extra blanket, etc. Also, this Hampton Inn offers a great breakfast. In addition to three hot entrees and oatmeal with toppings, they also offer two waffle machines. The only problem with those was that no spray was available to oil the machines, so our waffles stuck to them and did not come out as pretty waffles -- more like waffle pieces.

The only problem we had was a refrigerator that did not work. If we hadn't been carrying a cooler and could take advantage of the free ice, that would have been a problem. I did report the refrigerator problem as we checked out, so I hope it was fixed.

This hotel was a 10++++ Staff was excellent and very friendly. On Saturday morning the fire alarm went off at 6:30am. Some customers were understandably upset but these things happen and a couple gentlemen became a little rude and ignorant. It wasn't the staffs fault and handled the situation very well. The police and fire department checked the building and discovered the toaster was the cause of the alarm being triggered. We loved our stay and if we come back again we will definitely stay at this hotel.. Thank you for a wonderful👏👏👏

Your staff was very, very pleasant. Even a matinance man. He was so pleasant. He also said, if you need anything, please do not hesitate to ask. We are here to make sure your stay is the best. I, Debbie, in turn thanked him for what he does. To keep the hotel working order and safe for the guests and other staff. I booked the reservation for my friend and I. We also had it booked for a Christian singing group we were sponsoring. Reservation was under my husband Warren Gott. Thank you so much for a WONDERFUL STAY!!! We will use your property again.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!!!!

Many things, first being that I can bring a pet.

Two small things……I arrived at 2:30 and was told I “could’nt” check in till 3:00. Ok…… Another couple arrived at 2:50 and was told the same thing. When 3:00 arrived and new staff was at the desk, she found a computer problem. Obviously the first staff member didn’t want to deal with the problem and left it for the next shift. Couldn’t there have been two chairs in my room?

Good location

Understaffed!!! We were checking in and the room we were supposed to have wasn’t ready at 7pm. Gentleman at desk said he hadn’t had time to get back and clean it so he gave us another room. Then at breakfast the front desk lady was attending to the breakfast buffet as well while trying to check customers out.

Quite clean. Breakfast was hot and varied, with diced potatoes being a particular highlight. Room's decoration was tasteful and minimal, geared towards millenial or gen x middle class sensibilities. Toiletries are in the higher quality range but bought in bulk and bolted to the wall in dispensers to manage cost (which is a trend I appreciate, I'd rather have good soap there instead of crappy soap that I can take home).

Desk staff was very polite with me, I did notice a very distressed customer, an older gentleman who seemed to be in town for business who wanted help with the wifi and got brushed off with no sympathy.

Went to check out ..... Yes I checked out around 4am 5 due to the fact it was a Saturday and I was a truck driver.... I wanted to get home to northern NY (2 hours north of Syracuse) to my children..... The young man was very rude .... Because I needed my invoice.... I guess the computer was down he said it. Be ten mins..... Ok no problem..... About 4 mins went by and he came back to the desk yelling at me that the computer was down.... I asked if he was seriously talking that way to me.... I told him well let me leave my info so it can get mailed I need it for my company. He refused to take any sort of info down..... He didn't even know what room I was in ...... Very rude man..... The lady at check in was out of this world amazing!!!!!

Hotel was nice, everybody was nice that I saw and talked with. The breakfast was good setup

I understand the policy of check in time frame. I do like that they let me call in to check in my room cause we were gonna be late getting there. But what if I couldn't make a call where I was to call in? Cause I couldn't get my vm message that they left me about getting checked in

It was quiet.

Only had 2 set of towels upon arrival. When we arrived for a second night, room service was not provided. Had to call for additional towels. There also is limited handicap parking available.

The only issue I had was no shower gel in the shower, 2nd time this has happened at this location. But if that's all I have to complain about..you all are doing a phenomenal job!! And both washers were not wotking.
