Rooms were spotless and large, with a mini fridge and microwave. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There were free cookies and popcorn at the front desk, and coffee and iced lemon water available all day/night. The pool was a hit with the kiddos. It's easy to get to, close to the highway, but the area itself is quiet. The property is located next to a lake encircled with a jogging path, which was super lovely to stroll around. There's a nice patio with chairs and tables where we set up to watch the total eclipse. Within walking distance is a grocery store (right next to the hotel, super helpful!) and several restaurants, so it was easy to grab anything we needed. Breakfast was solid and had lots of options: muffins and baked goods; eggs and sausage; biscuits and gravy; yogurt; cereal; breakfast sandwiches to microwave; waffle station; hard-boiled eggs; fruit. Highly recommend for families.

The pool door was always locked (even during hours when the pool was open) and you had to ask the front desk to let you in every time, which got old. The bathroom in the pool area was out of order, though there were bathrooms right outside by the elevators (but I felt bad dripping all over the floors there!). There's also no hot tub, which would have been nice, but overall not an issue.

The young lady who checked us in was truly helpful. She helped me so much being disabled and can barely walk and can hardly breathe when I checked in my room was on the 3rd floor then she put me on the 2nd floor and closer to the elevator that ment so much to me that someone took the time to go the extra mile for me. I believe that her name was Jan.

Well when I got to my room the room itself was very nice but the bathroom room was not handicap accessible to the shower because it's very difficult for me to stand. But when I booked the room I went by the pictures of the bathroom so I'm thinking this is perfect because it showed a fold down seat in the shower and hand rails on the wall. But when I walked in the bathroom there was nothing like that at all. They shouldn't show people pictures of the handicap bathroom if they are not available for the consumer.

The location was perfect for our needs, the breakfast was so so. I’m not a breakfast person I usually eat lunch and dinner so not worried about the breakfast offerings.

The eggs were fluffy and very good, the meat patties were processed meat that I didn’t even try, so there good have been a better offering of meat such as sausage links, bacon. They did offer waffles, several types of cereals which wasn’t good for me but for most people very good offerings.

They accommodated my request for a room on the first floor. Plus, the staff is very nice and competent.

The bathtub drain was slow (I informed the desk clerk, so hopefully, it's fixed). The bathtub surface is slippery, so maybe something can be used to make it a little more slip-Proof. I'm wondering if all the bathrooms could have a walk-in shower.

Very nice staff. The room I got was very clean and big. ( kings suit with balcony) Had a balcony view of the parking lot and other businesses surrounding the hotel. My only complaint was the pool only being 4 1/2 ft deep. Hotel was by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in !

Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I really enjoyed the huge selection for breakfast. And I liked that we could get breakfast until 10:00. So much better. Loved the outdoor space too. So very nice for extra room to hang out.

Breakfast staff were fantastic! Really friendly and helpful! The coffee machine was nice and breakfast had plenty of protein options. Housekeeping staff were really friendly and helpful too! Great location if you want to be close to restaurants and such.

The room bathroom could use some TLC. Room carpet could have used some work too. Front desk staff were no where to be found every time we needed something (thankfully breakfast staff and housekeeping staff took care of us instead!)

The location is fabulous and the breakfast was good.

The bathroom amenities were average. In our room, there was no way to adjust the shower speed, and the gap between the shower head and the pipe was stuffed with a small towel to prevent water leaking!

Room was excellent, the lobby and sitting areas were large and perfect for a show choir event with over 100 kids. The location was amazing since we needed to walk to restaurants/store without the use of vehicles once arriving!

The room was spacious, clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful! We also thought the breakfast was pretty good for a hotel breakfast (fruit, waffles, cereal, etc). I also liked that there was a large mini fridge in our room.

Our neighbors were a bit loud, but quieted down around 11.
