Room was tidy, enough space in the family room for 3 adults and 2 children <5 Recent paint work has been done in our particular room so was visually pleasing also.

Daily room cleaning did not occur, and did not see anywhere stating that this would not happen (expectations weren't set), however we probably could've asked for new towels etc if desperate. Otherwise all was ok

Was very close to where we had to go .. the manager was absolutely wonderful , leaving Brisbane didn’t think about it being daylight savings so rang ahead as we weren’t getting there till 9pm . About 20ks heading out of Coonabarabran we got stuck in a horrid storm . This gentleman was awake and greeted us with the nicest welcome about 10.30pm . Nothing was to much trouble at all .

Person at reception was friendly & polite, quick check in, property area & motel was clean & tidy, Queen bed & pillows were very comfortable we had a good sleep after travelling quite a way. Plenty of tea bags, sugar & some Biscuits. Air con worked great. Was more then what We expected for what we paid.

Had car delay before arrival. staff were quick to respond, understanding and helpful. Very welcoming when we arrived, good referral for dinner & offered a little extra support that allowed us to settle after 36 hours of stress.

The bulls head prickles- but that’s the area. it reminded me of my childhood in far western Queensland so actually wasn’t a bad thing.

Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean and you have everything you need for an overnight stay. There's a lovely pool, which I didn't get to try out.

The curtains didn't block enough light. There was some noise from the trucks travelling along the road and there were caravans on the block beside the hotel, which were fine but a couple had dogs and they were barking early in the morning.

Easy access

Beds needed a brush out. I got up and moved electrical cabling from obstructing the bathroom exhaust fan as it was clipping the fan and making a terrible noise. Not sure how many people have been putting up with that. No effort but surprised me that it was left like that

Lovely check in staff. Friendly and courteous.directly across the road from the information centre and even though on highway the noise is minimal. Great location to walk across and do the fully concreted windmill walk. Loved it

Great value for money ,the room has for $99 dollars while traveling to Brisbane was ideal easy location to find on newell hwy and the room had a lot of extras not in higher priced motels , cosmetic Despenser with all male needs in bath room and shower , microwave and toaster and all needed cutlery pleasant surprise..2 👍🏻👍🏻up value for money

That's there isn't more like this place while traveling

Comfortable, spacious, genuine communication with the management , Particularly convenient for the evening meal next door at the Bowling Club.

The staff were lovely. An older motel that has been looked after beautifully. Very clean and tidy. Chinese restaurant at the bowls club was very handy next door. Great location with the tourist centre across the road.
