Great location, friendly & welcoming staff. Room was spacious clean and cosy and the bed was super comfy. Also loved the bathroom towels were navy blue, not the typical white towels. Also loved that i could sit out on the porch & chain smoke with a cup of coffee, in the midst of fresh crisp air!

There was nothing I did not like,The Windmill met all my expectations for a country Motel. It's obviously a very popular Motel and I guess there is a reason for that.....Clean functional and well maintained.

I just did a quick one-night stay while travelling. I had to push my booking back one night and the staff were super happy to accomodate that. They also had the aircon cooling my room down before I got there for which I was very grateful on a 36° day.

I put a few things in the fridge and unfortunately it defrosted the giant chunk of ice lodged in there, which leaked onto the floor. Not a disaster, probably more annoying for the cleaners if anything.

Located close to but not too close to the town centre. Very friendly people running the motel, they even had the heaters on for us when we arrived as it was a cold day. Clean, tidy, everything worked, easy level parking and well off the street. Great value for money.

The lady at check-in was so friendly. When we arrived we had been upgraded to a twin room. Very clean room. Hard floor not carpet which was great. Reverse cycle aircon warmed the room in seconds. Walking distance to the centre of town. Great value.

Property was great and as described. Clean, comfortable and great, responsive staff.

The wifi quality is poor & while ok for sending texts, it is about 1mb/s at best. Staff did do a reset and responded quickly but with phone reception being terrible in all of gilgandra, it made it hard to plan travel & i certainly couldn’t have worked using it.

Everything. Comfy bed. Large tv. Microwave is easy to use. Clean unit. I've stopped in a lot of motels in Gilgandra, and this is the best by far. Excellent value for money. I will be using this motel from now on

Very friendly staff. Excellent value for money and the lady up graded us to a bigger room on arrival as we were staying 3 nights. Very accommodating. Very clean room. Just a few minutes walk to the main street. Plenty of parking for our trailer and a quiet location.

The staff were really friendly checkin was easy location was great no road noise at night so excellent sleep The bed was so comfortable and the shower had lots of hot water

The bathroom was dated and had a shower curtain that came st you while showering

Plenty of room for large family. TV in each room is very handy. Most of beds were comfy (apart from the one with broken spring)

One of the kids single beds has broken spring. Tiles in bathroom and shower very slippery when wet. Could use another bath mat for big families as it's very soggy after a couple showers.
