The wonderful hosts are welcoming and happy to chat. Hercules the dachshund is adorable and runs the security part of the business roaming around with the owners making sure everything is in order. The property is easy to find and close to town. Shower was good and room clean and comfortable. Undercover parking was great keeping the car out of the sun and weather. Tea, coffee, milk and mugs are supplied in the room. We stayed three days and would be happy to stay again.

Like a lot of Australian motels, plates and bowls are not always in the room. You just have to ask at reception and they are happy to supply them.

Friendly staff at reception. Comfortable beds. Nice fluffy green towels. Good carpark (no loose gravel). Icy cold water in fridge (though glasses smaller than average). Good selection of teabags and offer of fresh milk at reception at check-in. Excellent cold air-conditioning (though moderately noisy).

Bathroom light was quite flickery for a moment when switched on. Shower took some time to get to suitable temperature (too hot then too cold then too hot again). Toilet roll holder not positioned at optimum angle causing minor discomfort and difficulty.

We were very comfortable, despite the cold weather, the aircon kept us warm. The bed linens and towels are new and good quality. There are very few pet friendly motels but Cooee is not just pet friendly but it has delightful grounds for walking dogs.

The train line is nearby but there weren’t many trains disturbing the peace. Our TV channels availability was limited but the owner was notified and this was sorted.

This hotel was a pleasant place to stay. Hosts were welcoming and accommodating. The room was good size and well set up. The grounds include a large treed grassy area with a barb-b q.

There was an issue with the computer system that meant the booking could not be retrieved. The managers accepted the booking number provided to me by Bookings.com. No real drama, just a frustration after a long day in the car.

Great price, easy parking, nice staff, clean room, large room, comfy bed, beautiful garden area to walk around, after travelling around Australia for two months we decided to get a motel instead of setting up our campervan for the night, we had heaps of room onsite to drive in and turn and park.

A couple of KLM from the main shops in Gigandra, so a little far to walk. A short drive and a good IGA so no problemo.

The room we were allocated was newly renovated and there was no highway noise to speak of

The room we were in ,even though it was lovely,had a new tv which we couldn’t work out.We had the manager come to sort it for us but even he had no idea how to set it up .Needless to say we couldn’t watch television at all

Large room with parking in front. Very clean & well equipped with cutlery etc Comfy bed & linen Attractive garden setting. Space on site for trailer Good value.

Not walking distance into shops, but a nice river walk & museum opposite (care needed across busy highway). Bit noisy from highway traffic.

Staff were very friendly and obliging. Room had everything required and was comfortable.

The air conditioning was quite noisy and when the manager was informed the next morning he was very apologetic and said we should have called him straight away so he could fix it.

The staff were very welcoming and gave great service. The gardens around the motel gave plenty of room for the puppies to walk and sniff. The rooms were comfortable and aircon worked well. Great overnight stay when travelling

Room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Every room had a carport which I liked. The grounds are very well cared for and are just lovely and I really liked that there are gardens and trees between the road and the motel. It almost felt like we stayed on an acreage.
