We checked in earlier than 2 pm, but we were given a temporary Mountain View Room absolutely FREE of charge! WOW! My girlfriend Margie and I were very impressed! EVERYONE, from the following employees: Diane, the Marvellous Manageress(!) Zinnia the S-E-X-Y Supervisor! Trinny, the Fantastic Front Office Clerk! Judith, the Charming Chef! Juvelyn, the H-O-T Housekeeping Head! Esme, the Culinarily Gifted Cook! Paul, the Proud Pinoy Housekeeper! Jonard the Pretty Pinay Housekeeper! Maricris, the Precious Housekeeper! The rooms were both spotlessly clean! The WiFi was upgraded on Saturday 2 nd September 2023, an hour after our arrival! We LOVED the unlimited tea🍵, coffee☕ and juice during breakfast! The bathroom had a hot water💧geyser! Fantastic! The "Seaview Room," number EIGHT actually had a panoramic view of the sea! ALL the employees pay attention to every minute detail! They take pride in their work and they're all trained to respond to guests' needs and solve problems on time, and fulfill the guest's reasonable needs! Amazing staff led by Miss Dazzling Diane! Please keep up the good work! Excellent customer service! We will definitely return to your beautiful hotel! Margie loved the facilities too!

There's really NOTHING NOT to like! I'm impressed that at least ONE hotel in Coron Town is "going the extra mile" to reasonably satisfy their guests' needs! Bravo!

Stayed here for a couple of nights whilst doing some scuba diving. Staff are wonderful and couldn't be any more helpful. We were greeted with a welcome drink after being brought from the airport on a shared shuttle that the hotel arranged for us. The room was decent and perfect for what we needed. The included breakfast is a nice touch and set us up well for a day of diving. Overall great value for money and would recommend as a place to stay in Coron.

The only slight issue is the location, as it is really quite far up a very steep hill, however the hotel has it's own trike and driver to take you down the hill and you can also call to get picked up from town if you want to, which makes the hill a non issue really!

Short walk to town if you don’t mind hills but free shuttle anyway Breakfast service efficient and fantastic coffee Room made up with clean towels daily We did a boat tour but also had a private boat tour which was much better and not much different on price 3200 php for group tour but only 3500 php for private boat for the two of us. Would definitely stay at this property again

The room was very clean. I had a fast Globe 5g wifi connection in my room. Download speeds averaged 25 - 30 mb/ second. The staff was excellent and very attentive to all my needs. The food at their restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. The staff always said hello sir with a big smile anytime they saw me. All the front desk ladies were very nice. The night guard Arthur even took me to the rooster/cock fights. I had been wanting to see a live rooster fight for a long time. Arthur was great and very helpful and friendly. I had a good time there at the rooster fights.. He also got me a private boat one day. All the employees went out of their way to please me and make my stay very enjoyable. All the maids and cooks were very nice and hospitable to me. The veggie pizza was awesome!! They have a great cook as well. The people who own this place really run it well. I can't think of anything really negative to say about it. The air conditioner and hot water in my room worked great. The hotel provides a free hot and cold water dispenser as well as a good tasting free breakfast with coffee every morning. The place was spotlessly clean. I had a fantastic stay.

Astonished! Thats the only word that I can describe on this hotel. Its not a typical hotel unlike others that when you go out a crowded nor busy streets already. But a chirping of birds, sounding of winds and most of all the breathtaking view of Coron Island. It is also a plus factor the two sunny side eggs on your daily breakfast and unli brewed coffee. Haha 😅 In addition, I would recommend the staff for giving their positive attitude, good vibes and welcoming aura it seems a very genuine behaviour. The location of this hotel is up on a mountain, away from the noise from the main city centre which was nice. Walking distance to all the restaurants. We had a room on the backside of the hotel which was quiet and stayed cool from the blaring sun. Delicious breakfast and not to mention the rooftop views were breathtaking. We ate at the restaurant a couple times and it was very good. The staff are enthusiastic, helpful and very kind!! All tours were booked through the hotel. Overall recommend!

There could be some overall updates to the interior and exterior as simple as repainting from the wear and tear of the hotel.

This was the best accommodation we stayed in during our 3 weeks in the Philippines. The room was clean, comfortable, thoroughly cleaned each day, and the shower was strong& warm. Every single member of this staff was what made this place stand out the most. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating, greeting us each morning with a big smile and helping us plan our days. We booked all our excursions through them at prices much cheaper than anywhere else. They even made sure we had packed lunches when needed. By far the nicest and most helpful staff we came across! Could not recommend this place more!

I’m so happy we stayed in the Ridge Coron. The staff service were second to none. The staff were accommodating, Friendly & always there to help! Special shout out to Sinia! Thank you for everything 😊 -The room is comfortable and cleaned everyday. -There is a Tricycle that drop you off and pick you up anywhere anytime, which is very convenient. - Breakfast was delicious. I recommend to get the Filipino breakfast! - If you want to do any Tours you can easily book it in reception or thru whatsapp. You will be picked up from the hotel. - The view is Beautiful! You can go up to the terrace look at the view while listening to the birds sing 🎵 Thank you the Ridge, until next time 😊💙

room was great not too small not too large. it was functional. although it may need some chairs for you to sit down. our side was in the so-called "Mountain View" but actually it was the mountain itself (as in less than 5 meters away)...the roadside (which has a fantastic view of Coron bay) has the better side but was already filled up. Next time you book request for the seaside view.

the hotel is located at the middle of Mt. Tapyas...so the road going to the hotel was quite steep and will need strong legs to walk from the main road (Coron-busuanga) which is at the ground level to the hotel site. But the hotel has a very reliable 'tuk-tuk' tricycle -aka'chariot" that will bring and collect you from the hotel or the main road below...so no worries. besides local tricycles (fare =PhP20/pax) can bring you up to the last section of the road going to the hotel (which will be a healthy 5-7 minute walk up)....so all good..

I need to tell this first - Good to find info about Coron before you come to the place. The hotel building is quite good as compared to other hotels around the area. Coron town is still pretty much under developed if I compare it to progressive islands in the country since Coron is an island on its own far from the main city of Palawan (Puerto Princesa) so don’t expect a city like structures. Town is comparable to Boracay 8-10 years ago when the town proper was undergoing development. The property staff were kind and polite- especially reception and transport guys. The rooms are quite average with basic equipment. The view from the balcony is very pleasant in the morning as it’s very high up. I love hearing the bugs and insects at night and some nice birds if youre lucky to spot one. You can hang wet clothes outside the room. Laundry services available but cheaper to go outside. I would say this is a good hotel compare to some and because they offered free lift up and down the town.

I didn’t expect some recurring bugs in the room - but they moved us to another so it was sorted properly the next day. The breakfast is very limited and I dare to say needs improvement but I would think because the supplies to the island are pretty expensive. There is no fridge in the room and no proper wardrobe to store clothes. There might be mosquitoes flying about as it is nearby the forest. The hotel or the town itself is not nearby any beach so don’t expect that here.
