Second stay at this Extremely large and beautifully appointed apartment suite with full size kitchen and facilities. Daily generous supplies for making your own breakfast at a time convenient to ourselves Extraordinary professional efficient and friendly staff all of whom spoke excellent english. Great location walking distance to all historic central sites as well as cafes bars and restaurants. Highly recommend

Amazing staff!

We were staying on a third floor, lots of stairs for an elderly guest in our party

The location was perfect. Close to restaurants, shops and tourist sites in the old city. The staff was very helpful in suggesting where to eat, visit etc and in arranging tours. They even spoke to the people at our next destination when we were having difficulty contacting/ communicating with them. The air conditioning worked really well which was excellent because it was really hot outside when we were there. The apartment is very roomy and clean. We loved sitting out on the two verandas. We will definitely return.

This hotel is not suitable for with anyone with mobility challenges as there is no elevator.

Could not ask for a better place to stay. Highly recommend. May just be one of my all time favorite hotels, which is saying a lot because I travel all the time. Great location. Very comfortable rooms with everything we could possibly want. Every member of the staff was excellent and went out of their way to be helpful. Internet was fast and reliable.

This is a great location to experience the old town. We only had time for one night as we were to fly out the next morning. We spent a week at Boca’s and had a layover night before flying home. We managed to squeeze one evening at the old town at Panama City. Lots of great restaurants and cafes. We just have enough time to walk the old town before getting late and had a tradition Panamanian dinner at a well known restaurant. Isabelle Suites was quiet despite people telling us it could get loud because of music from the open terrace restaurants and bars. We have two teenagers with us and the unit was plenty large for everybody. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was perfect for us. Price was very reasonable.

Location, helpful and king staff, cleanliness, facilities. Very good airport transfer at the price of a black uber. The highlight is cooperating with La Isabela - local guide Mr. Aldo, very polite, knowledgeable, flexible. He tailors the day to once needs plus provides his well suggestions.

Occasional short lasting noises in the middle of the night. Bearable.

Location on Plaza Bolivar, with a balcony facing the square. Beautiful high ceiling one bedroom apartment, well equipped kitchenette with good coffees and teas. Welcome at hotel reception was very pleasant as well. Overall great experience!

We found the suite exactly as described. Andres was extremely accommodating throughout our stay, and allowed us early check in. There is a restaurant below the suite that was very handy and had good food. There are also some really great restaurants within blocks of the (old Columbia Hotel) suites.

Unfortunately, you cannot escape the lively night activity in Casco Viejo. If you are a younger person you will probably enjoy the vibe. However, if you are older and a light sleeper I would recommend a different area of the city.

Great location, excellent service from Andres (the manager) and his staff. Spacious, superbly furnished, comfortable apartment with plenty of charm and character. Despite the apartment being right in the middle of the beautiful Casco Viejo quarter, at walking distance from the best restaurants, shops and cafes, the rooms are located at the back of the property so you can't hear any noise from the street at night . Do not hesitate to book your stay! Our family will be back for sure.
