The price was fair, the room was clean. The staff was very friendly.

The staff wanted to charge me to get an extra towel for my kid since there was only two towels in the room. Very disappointing. The breakfast was way below average for Japan, the breakfast area was so overcrowded that guests had to bring the food up to their rooms.

Clean, convenient

Check in machine, we have provided the address, but the machine need us to key in address one by one. We have 5 people, you can guess how much work we need to do for check in. Since we only have one confirmation number, why not to issue 5 key by just key in confirmation number. この件だけで、不親切と思った

Excellent for the price paid! You name it you have it I finally understand that keeping luggages for the day itself is allowed, but not keeping them for more than 1 day. We learned n solved the luggage issue by keeping one of our 4 single rooms to store our luggages, before we come back for another night. It is slightly more expensive than having to pay for locker for 2 days for 4 luggages, but it works.

Very close to the skinkansen station. Spacious room. Free breakfast included.

Bed was a little firm. Curtains let in a lot of light early in the morning.

Friendly and supportive staff. Clean and comfortable room. Walking distance to Hachinohe station. Good and healthy breakfast spread.

Location. It's just a 5 to 10 min walk to the train station. Good breakfast was provided so that's an added bonus.
