Smell in the hallway Location

Very nice resort with beautiful grounds, large swimming pool and nice parking area. The superior rooms are newly renovated and bright and comfortable. We had two rooms for our family and the rooms were changed so we could be near each other. The staff was very helpful and kind including made a reservation for us in Ostuni (which is a short drive) as well as gave us a snack for the beach and allowed us to leave our luggage for the beach day trip near Lecce. Breakfast was incredible and I can only imagine the on site dinner service was delicious as well.

We arrived in the evening and at our arrival the outside of the hotel was stunning. The service was perfect. Both the staff at the reception and the staff at the breakfast were very nice and helpful and we felt very welcomed. The buffet breakfast is very good and with typical products. The hotel is located just outside Ostuni, and it has a big car park. The spa is not ready yet, but our room had a jacuzzi that we loved!

Very friendly staff. The receptionist Antonio, David and Sara always made us feel welcome and helped us with any questions we had. The hotel is just a short drive from the beautiful town Ostuni. The pool was clean and refreshing especially because Italian Summers can get very hot. Good value for money.

I didn‘t like that it was mandatory to wear a swimcap in the pool but other that that we loved it.

Exceptional service. A special note to Davide: grazie tantissimo! He is an extremely graceful and helpful person. The evening of our arrival, there was a graduation party right under our window. I asked for a room change. Davide changed the room without hesitation (he even gave us an upgraded room). We will be back.

They hold parties like Birthdays and weddings, so it can get noisy at night. I recommend checking before you reserve.

Other staff felt dismissive and aloof. Felt the breakfast buffet could have been a little fresher but in most part okay.

This is a very relaxing place. Beautiful hotel with a swimming pool. Less than 15 minutes to Ostuni. Comfortable and spacious room. Comfortable bed, I loved the pillows. Clean bathroom and relaxing bathtub. Room with terrace. I really rest so well here. Gentle staff. Delicious and varied breakfast.

Excellent staff. We were late arriving and they prepared some cold plates at short notice it was a veritable feast. Tricky to get around without a car but some beautiful places to visit close by.
