The location is close to the airport. My room was standard but spacious, the bed large and comfortable, the air conditioning cool and the bathroom spacious. The pool was very attractive to look at, but unfortunately I couldn't enjoy it (because I was on business). The conference room and the chairs in general were also comfortable. Most of the staff were very attentive and ready to help.

The water they served tasted strange to me, I've had other purified waters that are much better. I made an effort to drink it because I couldn't do without it either. During my walks, I saw that in Kasane there were better ones like O3 (without wishing to make any advertising). Some of the dishes for me were too spicy and the juices were too sweet. But in general the food was good.

The breakfast was perfect and included a variety of selections from fruits, vegetables, bacon, eggs and many more. I loved that you can choose how you prefer the eggs and the chef will prepare to once preferences

I think for a hotel that is located in a destination for tourists from all over the world, ensuring that they have a variety of different types of 'plugs' is vital; my colleague from the USA could not plug her laptop, something she was able to do in other hotels in Gaborone, Botswana. Ensuring that your guests can be able to relax and continue doing their job is key.

Might be more booking.com than venue, but paid $800USD at time of booking but when I checked the day of arrival I could have booked for $450USD. Feel like Booking.com has ripped me off - that's a considerable difference. For the venue - no cots/cribs for infants and seemed like there was limited towels. Otherwise, really good stay.

We visited Kasane for 4 nights to do some safaris in Chobe National Park. The Travelodge was a great choice for us as it was a reasonable price while also being less than 5 minutes from the entry to the national park. The food was wonderful and we enjoyed a drink by the pool most nights. We stayed in a family room which had great space for the kids upstairs and us downstairs (plus two bathrooms!).

The hotel staff were attentive, however it was inconvenient for them to collect our towels at 8am each day and not supply us with new towels until 2-3pm each afternoon.

WOW! My 10 rating goes straight to the staff of this Lodge. They were amazing, friendly, helpful and nothing was to much for them. We could even hand in laundry before we checked in, our rooms were moved to accommodate us. The rooms were immaculate. Safe secure parking and we had a lovely inhouse dinner and delicious breakfast. We will be back, for sure. Thank you.

Please note that this establishment is not along the river front as indicated on google maps. Google maps shows 2 Travelodges in Kasane, there is only one, closer to the airport. Location still good.

The reception of the employees , Andina, Katlego, Eric, Winnie, Kgomotso with Andina at the top as she made arrangements for my birthday surprise. But generally all the staff members were superb. The only challenge was the first day but things were rectified. The swimming pool was under renovation and we appreciated the apology.

Lovely pool and open space, with outdoor and indoor dining options. Food was very good. Service was excellent(!), drinks very good. Room clean and spacious with nice shower and very comfortable bed. Hotel arranged transport (extra, but reasonable cost)from Victoria Falls airport and afterwards to a hotel in VF. Booked two game drives in Chobe and boat safari cruise through the hotel at very good rates. Saw lions, lots of elephants, as well as hippos, buffalo, birds, antelopes, crocodile, etc. Enjoyed time on the viewing deck. Good view of stars at night. It was an excellent stay at an excellent price. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others!

Couldn’t hear street noise or such, but could hear voices from next hotel room.

the breakfast was good, unfortunatelly the bufet was not good. people fillled take away containers with food, so by the time we could not get all of the bufet. the chef just ignored any request for the missing food. even on the salad side, bowls were empty, never got filled up again. even that was requested just got ignored. the custard jar was empty, that got ignored as well. so to pay that amount for food and there was nothing, was bad

As a family of two, it has exceeded our expectation. Enjoyed our stay. Though middle of jungle with all different wildlife animals you can encounter passing by, ofcourse that's an experience not to miss.

I had noticed spider in my room and hornet nest when checking out, though it didn't surprise me if we literally middle of the jungle. I believe the hotel management to make sure to inspect each room with any creepy crawlers before guests checks in.

Good value for money. We had driven down to enable us explore the place and the Hotel location was quite good and the staff could offer multiple options to meet our demands.

Staff were quite welcoming and resourceful. The ladies at the reception, housekeeping staff, Thepiso at the Restaurant and GM - Mr.Mmereki all were very helpful.
