Pool temperature was good and not too crowded. Nice aspect. Room was quiet and bed comfy. Liked the bar area and restaurant

No ramp into hotel for cases. No clock, other towels, ability to get water by the pool. Not obvious what treatments were available from spa area. No special offers, even though it looked quiet. No where to dry wet clothes from swimming. Too much furniture in the room…made it feel cramped. No large mugs for tea, no decaf coffee.

Grand old hotel, spacious and clean rooms. Welcome desk, restaurant and bar staff and house keeping were all helpful and polite especially to an English guest whose attempts at French were poor. Quality and value of food and drinks was good. Nice touch that there were lots of retro video games available for free. Great location, easy walking distance for the town centre, definitely far enough away from the crowd.

Internal decor of the restaurant was dated, more outdoor or garden space would be nice.

Perfect place for a family and friends get away. Lucy hotel, great bar and facilities and ticked all the boxes! Loved the padel tennis which was a new sport to try and great location as we didn’t want to be right in the centre: perfect family room with a mezzanine floor which meant our teenage daughters had space as did we!

Cleaner could have been better in our room as she left old coffee cups for 2 days and didn’t change the bins or replace toilet roll but that’s minor things to complain about

The property and the location was good, and some of the staff were very good

We decided to have an evening meal at the hotel as it was recommended by the front desk staff we went in there ordered two steaks and they won’t cook properly after the third attempt. They chopped the steak up to pieces like you was feeding a child and absolutely burnt to smithereens. And one of the waiters there supposed to be in charge was extremely rude. I will definitely not recommend anyone.

The hotel was a real show stopper of le Touquet. Great style with art pieces in the lobby. The room was very comfortable and large, great shower, lovely view of river. Good temperature and staff were really helpful. Parking was easy. Location great, peaceful and good walk to the beach and town. The swimming pool was lovely and really nice details with decor and numerous spa facilities. Towel and slippers provided. The whole hotel was decorated stylishly and to high standard. Pets were welcomed with own bowls and dog treats in the room.

The hotel was easy to get to and in a great location just a short distance away from the seafront and centre of Le Touquet. The room was a good size with a nice comfortable bed. The staff were very helpful and helped us locate a couple of great restaurants in Le Touquet.

On the evening we stayed there was a conference or work event that went on late into the night. Even though we were on the other side of the hotel you could hear the music into the early hours. It was also expensive given we stayed in low season.

Really great hotel. Spacious mezzanine room with lots of space and fridge. Great hotel facilities. The pool and spa were very good, as well as the pool table in the bar, paddle tennis and arcade games (some free). Short walk to town and the beach. Free parking. Friendly staff.

Nothing not to like about this hotel. It’s a perfect place to stay for a few days golf !

We travelled with our little dog and she was made very welcome - of course there was an extra fee for her for deep cleaning the room. She was allowed in the room and the bistrot but not the gourmet restaurant.. The hotel staff were lovely and only spoke to us in English if we struggled in French, which we really appreciated. Despite Le Touquet having lots of restaurants we chose to eat at the Hotel. We thought the bistrot was upmarket for a dog friendly place and the staff, ambience, and food were great. The room was lovely: it was a decent size, was quiet and had a good coffee machine and mini fridge. The pool at the hotel was good but did get busy so for a serious swim timing might be important. The hotel is a nice walk from Le Touquet centre. We would definitely stay here again.

The reception, bar and spa area all seemed newly refurbished. The rooms were clean and tidy although a little tired. They were in the process of upgrading the hallways, so hopefully the rooms will follow. Great location with plenty of parking and a short walk into town. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The pool and spa were splendid. The staff were peachy and the decor top-notch.

A brief explanation of how the room coffee machine worked would have been handy. I gave up after 10 minutes but, fortunately, my wife has more patience and coffee was prepared and served, albeit without a smile. (No change, there)
