I thought the staff was PERFECT. They were very friendly and family oriented. I always had a espresso in the morning with sugar free packets because I bodybuild haha. And the breakfast option was great too. Italians really love their carbs. My room was made every morning and they had a washer and dryer in the basement. The bed was comfortable and helped with my back problems. I'm a pretty dense guy with all my muslces. I stayed here for 3 weeks on a TDY and honestly it was a nice little get away. I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff is what made the place even better! it's close to base as well.

Good location for working at Aviano AB. Decent breakfast. One day a man was working the bar at breakfast and made me a cappuccino from that machine (not the self serve one) and it was the best cup of coffee I had in my whole 2 weeks in Italy - well done, sir! The staff were friendly and wanted to make sure I had everything I needed.

The staff traveled the extra miles to ensure my family and I had everything needed to enjoy ourselves. We became lost traveling through Italy and arrived way past their service hours; however, they remained accessible until the wee hours of the morning. The hotel manager, who's name I wish I had, saved breakfast and made cappuccinos because he knew we would miss breakfast.

I didn't like that I'm not fluent in Italian. Honestly, This was a fantastic experience especially for the price. I normally have issues with the size of the parking spaces because I've been dined so often. The spaces were small but I remained ding free.

The staff is fantastic - especially at breakfast. The family rooms are extremely spacious. We stayed at aviano palace twice and both times they gave us a late check out and were very accommodating. We would always stay here again!

I like the natural region quality of the hotel, breakfast was fresh but limited. everything is quite reachable in the area and people of the hotel is friendly. You wake up with the sounds of the cocks.

The owner's were very kind, helpful and understanding. Our car broke down and we needed a last minute place to stay with our dog. They were very welcoming and went out of their way to help us and make our stay less stressful. We are very appreciative of their hospitality. Very clean place!

Very nice breakfast with fresh fruit, pastries , eggs, yogurt, meats, cheeses, and my pot of tea which was superb.

The room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping is daily per request. The continental breakfast was nice as well. The owners were very nice.

There is a strong cigarette smell throughout the lobby and hallways. The smell inside the room was minimal.
