The a/c was great.

The night light by the door glowed into the living room. I like a dark room. The switch in the bathroom turned on the light and the loud vent fan. Not a problem if only one person is staying. But if more than one you can’t turn on the light in the middle of the night without waking up anyone else. The main switch by the door has to be on to turn on the lights in the bathroom area.

Great place to stay because it’s near everything!! The room was nice & smelled so good! Front desk staff very pleasant. And the breakfast was hands down the best I’ve had in a while. The fresh fruit was soooo good!! The breakfast had real food not just waffles. Thank you Chef Alvin! Thank you also to Dean for assisting us and the great customer service.

Location is just perfect. Has all the stores, restaurants & mall around

Staybridge Houston has got a food in their everyday breakfast menu that gives Indian subcontinent touch. But I didn't find any such dish in Staybridge Lake Jackson. Would be great if you can consider one that fulfills south east asian folks food requirements.

Ari at the front desk was so sweet and friendly! The whole hotel was beautiful. The room was so nice and comfortable and clean! The Best hotel I’ve stayed at ever!

The only thing was, I couldn’t find any paper to-go cups in the hotel room.

Breakfast was amazing each day, and so were the “social” gatherings Monday - Wednesday evenings which included complimentary beer and wine. All of the staff go above and beyond to make sure that my family (including our fur baby) were well taken care of.

The checkout time…11am is too early. That is my only issue.

It was clean, the breakfast was good.

Bathroom door was a little bit of a challenge. Not much space, almost had to be standing on the toilet to close it.

The staff was very friendly and had great recommendations for the area. The property was comfortable. Bed was good. Pillows were great.

Outstanding, everything was fresh, well prepared and delicious 😍

My only complain would be the toilet. We’re tall people and it was low. Hard to get on and off. Other than that everything was great.

The breakfast was good. I can't eat eggs but there was fruit, cereal, sausage, bread for toast and waffle mix. It would have been nice to have banana nut muffins/bread to go with my coffee but I enjoyed what was there. I also loved the outdoor eating area near the pool. It was a beautiful day so it was nice to be able to sit outside with my coffee. The staff was so nice, greeted us with a smile and helped us with directions to our venue for the evening. The entire stay was a wonderful experience.

The only negative thing was finding the hotel. Coming down FM2004 there is no sign so we passed up the entrance to the mall several times. The hotel sits back off the main road. We happened to see the name on the hotel while driving slowly and looking past the bushes & trees, etc. Maybe a note on the website with location details would help other travelers.

Breakfast was wonderful. As early risers , the early serving time was perfect.

A hot tub would have been fabulous
