Everything was just the way we desired, hoped for and did not even find in 8 days on the island so far - not in other 4star -Hotels and not even in a so called "5-star" Hotel: Beach - clean and no extra charges for seats, umbrella e.g., Pool - superb view, Room - super-clean, comfortable bed, silent AC, many plugs, sufficient lighting to read a book, laundry service, WIFI even on the terrace and the beach. Room with wonderful terrace facing the sea. BREAKFAST: What an absolute delight: fried eggs any style to your liking at no extra charge, crispy bacon, fresh vegetables, natural yoghurt, fresh fruit --- JUST PERFECT !!. (Not just the pre-manufactured heated sweet croissants e.g. that we had to eat before) Great dinner, good international wine-list, friendly knowledgable service, great beach bar. Hate to say it: THE place to stay outside of Palermo right on a clean beach - for the price you pay- it is absolutely worth it !! So do not go, because we want to be back: We WANT to come back and spend a week on the beach in a crisp-clean hotel, close to airport and historic sites like Segesta and Palermo.

We had to go back home for other reasons. Das Hotel ist zu gut um wahr zu sein !!

The hotel was small but built to a high standard with everything we needed for a great holiday. We particularly enjoyed the restaurant. Delicious authentic Italian food of a very high standard at a reasonable price. The wines were local and delicious. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to make out stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The room while comfortable and very clean, would benefit from a refurbishment particularly the bathroom which was showing signs of wear.

Superbly situated directly on the beach. A modern, comfortable hotel. They gave us the poolside rooms with superb views across the bay. The open-air and glass-enclosed restaurant overlooks the beach and bay. We ordered some excellent seafood dishes, and the server recommended an excellent local white wine to go with them. My veal steak was generous but underdone. The chef sent out a new portion perfectly cooked.

Although there was a kettle and tea, there was no coffee available in the room, so you had to go to the bar. The shower cubical was a little small for us normal-sized people.

Right on the beach. Good breakfast and friendly staff. In a quieter part of Sicily so it was quite relaxing.

2 weddings and a baptism on the premises in our first 3 days. Had me wondering if it’s a wedding / event venue ( with a hotel attached - as these events took priority over all else )

Hotel was located at the beach, had umbrellas and chairs. Hotel had pool. Breakfast was very good by Italian standards - eggs and bacon, croissants, different cheeses and local cured sausage. Nutella and breakfast cereals etc. Room was small for one queen bed and two single beds (one single bed was actually sofa converted to bed).

Hotel restaurant was quite pricey. Beach had trash which is unfortunately too common in Sicily. Both Waze and google maps could not correctly find way to hotel for some reason. Coffee from Nestle machine was average. Rooms had drying racks outside but ours was smashed.

Nothing - I was / we were happy with what we experienced in a very familiar and personalised atmosphere

The location is a little remote and it was not crowded in April, so we had plenty of peace and quiet. I found out that the crew of Ocean's 12 rented the entire hotel when they filmed some scenes in Scopello and they have pictures and autographs on the walls.

Breakfast was basic, but the menu for lunch and dinner in the restaurant was quite good.

The staff were friendly, the room with a balcony overlooking the sea was awesome, can't say enough about the food, breakfast, dinner, all was excellent!

The sea was a bit rough during our stay, and the pool a bit cool, but comes with late October weather!

The included breakfast was outstanding! Staff was super helpful and super nice. Just a great all around experience

Trash in the area - not the hotels fault and also parking when the hotel had an event - no reserve parking. Both no big deal
