We were there just for one night - stopover between Buzios and Paraty. With the kitchen you could easily stay there for a long stay. Comfortable place, clean, modern with great location - walking distance to the Historic Center and just beside a shopping mall for a quick morning shopping before checking out. Great breakfast delivered in our room at a predefined time (see picture, we are vegetarians so if you are not they may have other options) Super friendly staff as well. We would stay there again.

This place is only 3 years old and i can see the beginning of mold in the bathroom, it didn’t bother us at all but I hope they will take care of this before it gets worse.

The desk staff was very accommodating, the location of the hotel was excellent, the amenities were more than I expected. Very pleased with the entire stay and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and associates. I would also look forward to staying here again when next I visit Petropolis.

I really can't think of anything that would have made my stay any better.

We booked a room for three people, which we thought was a single space, but it turns out it was sort of a apartment with a couples room and a living room with bed, which was a pleasant surprise. It was very spacious and clean, with two bathrooms. There was also an Alexa in the apartment, which was very entertaining. The breakfast is delivered to the room and was quite nice.

The bed in the living room was super hard, and the logistic of the breakfast still need some working out. I would suggest having the guests fill a form with the items they want for breakfast and then delivering those, rather than delivering too much or too little of something and then having to adjust "in real time".

The Hotel is new and it has large disability rooms at a reasonable price. It also has extremely friendly staff. It has comfortable beds which are quite hard to find in Brazil and I would deffinately recommend this hotel and would stay again if the chance arose.

Street noise. There was some street noise during the night but not a lot.

The amenities of the room. It was large enough for our family and allowed room to move and not be on top of each other. The breakfast was good. It had a variety of things and with the small kitchen it allowed for making things how we liked.

The check in was long.

Central location. Huge and spacious room, very well equipped. Very good lighting. Everything new and very clean. Very comfortable bed with bery good linen and various pillows. Large bathroom with strong shower. We had a quiet room to the back with a good soundproof. Friendly and helpful staff. Strong WiFi.

Breakfast only in the room. Only cold meals available. Slow check-in. ALEXA in the room.

The room was very spacious, much bigger than i had expected. The facilities were clean and the location was great for walking to the main attractions. It was perfect for me and my toddler.

The pool was much smaller than expected, but it was nice during the cold weather.

The indoor pool is great—an excellent way to escape from the outside rain and cold. The room is very functional and comfortable. The staff was unbelievably kind and cared for us, making my father's birthday memorable.

There isn't much decoration. The place is beautiful but not stylish—many empty spaces.

Breakfast in room had limited range. The pastries were stale and some were way too sweet for our taste, while popular in Brazil.

The pool area smells funny so we didn't use it. The bathroom shower had some little flies close to the ceiling.
