Staff was really friendly. They carried my bag inside the lobby, check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and they were really hospitable when I reported a problem with my room. The receptionists spoke sufficient English for check-in/out processes and for troubleshooting problems, had no complaints regarding that. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were soft, but the decoration pillows were firmer if you prefer firmer pillows. I had a room with a nice view but windows for some rooms do seem to point to a blank concrete wall. The AC can be set strong enough if needed. Toiletries, coffee/tea and drinking water were provided for amneities. I liked that the power outlets were compatible with multiple plug types. The breakfast buffet had good Asian style variety and was good enough if you don't feel like looking for breakfast somewhere else. I used this accomodation for an one night layover. I can highly recommend it for short stays / layovers and I'd happily stay here for longer. However, I'm not sure if the distance is a bit too far if you intend to stay for visiting HCMC.

The rooms have bad noise proofing, especially against the corridor. Speech and such are clearly audible from the corridor, and I could occasionally hear people shower in the adjacent rooms. This mostly didn't cause any disturbance since it's just people walking in or out of their rooms. However, when I stayed at the hotel, some visitors on my floor were super noisy. They kept their room doors open and blasted music all the way late into 2AM. While this was not directly the hotel's problem, I think they could reinforce the noise insulation towards the corridor or implement quiet times. Just something to consider for light sleepers.

Large rooms, great location if transiting through HCM. Also had great massages and nail salons nearby. Breakfast was decent, needed better air conditioning. Shower pressure was strong.

Some of the rooms had a musty smell. Wish they gave us more than one pillow per person. The alley way where the hotel was situated was quite small, so when loading and unloading the luggages, it caused a traffic jam. Sometimes the lifts took a while because there was only one.

Location is a key for this hotel, close enough to the airport with just a short taxi ride. Located in a very quiet street, so you can get a good sleep. Rooms are good, not all of them have a view, but for one night sleep it's okay. Breakfast is located on a top floor with nice view. Staff was friendly and supportive.

When we arrived, our room was not ready, but the staff was not aware about that, so when we got the access card and reached our room, a cleaning person was a bit surprised to see us, same as we were. We got another room, on another flor, and even though it's not allowed to smoke in the hotel, somehow the room on the first floor had a very strong smoking odor. So we had to wait until our original room will be cleaned. After this issue was resolved, our stay was good.

The hotel is excellent BUT getting a taxi from the airport is almost impossible unless you pre-book (either with the hotel or with Booking, etc.)! The hotel is so close to the airport, the fare is only 60K VND and the Be and Grab drivers won't accept a fare that low. And the airport taxi rank is chaos, with dozens of people competing for each taxi. Note: The hotel offers transport for 150K, but only between 8AM-5PM, so if you arrive after 4PM (domestic) or 3PM (int'l), you may not be able to meet the driver before 5PM.

Hotel was close to the airport which was great as we only had 1 night as a stop over so great position being close to the airport. The room was great and comfy and clean.

The staff not friendly no hello didn't speak we found from the check-in to the breakfast to the security guard staff all need to learn how to great staff and to put a smile on their faces, they all looked miserable and didn't want to be there.

Good WiFi, large and comfortable bed, nice and clean bathroom, kettle, elevator available, basic buffet breakfast, helpful.staffs, good location with restaurants and cafe close by, desk for laptop.

Weak air conditioner (I'm sweating if putting the comforter on even the air conditioner is set at 18oC). Safe box closed, so can't be used.

The hotel is located though super close (1.7km) to the airport but nice and quiet in the alley. We loved the variety of the complimentary breakfast foods. The staffs are great. The room is spacious. The beds were very comfortable.

The only thing is the toilet water flushing quite weak.

All is very good as usual. The breakfast is a great Asian style breakfast. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Room 603 needs attention to the shower. The setting of the hand-held only goes to extremely hot or extremely cold. This suggests that a water cartridge needs to be replaced.

The room was nice and clean. It’s locate in a small alley so it’s not too noisy but can be a little hard to access with car during busy hours. Staff were helpful. Free water bottles every day. Buffet styled Breakfast from 6.30-9.30 is quite nice.

It’s close to the airport but quite far away from central. Not many restaurants around and traffic jam on the main street nearby is ridiculous.

It was super clean, and super comfortable. This 3 star hotel puts many 4 star hotels to shame. Want an affordable, clean, comfortable hotel close to the airport? This is the place to go.

Nothing. I loved the asian style breakfast. I am sure that some Westerners would like more Western variety. But I thought the Asian style breakfast was great. A nice little restaurant, too. 😋
